“I was very pleased with the course. My IT skills aren't great and it was a very steep learning process and to some extent I struggled in the first day or so in particular... which is why I didn't give 'excellent' as a response.
My lack of IT awareness had nothing to do with the tutor and his presentation, though... obviously.”

“It was very useful course where many aspects related to logistics and warehouses were conducted and treated by the tutor in a professional manner, and at the same time it was easy to understand, specially for those who has never worked in a warehouse. In the future, for better understanding, it would be advisable to combine theory with a practical class such as a visit to a warehouse. This would also help the entire group to get to know each other better and facilitate teamwork.”
