“I think giving the nature of the course, it needed a bit more of a personal aspect to it, i.e introductions of participants in the first session.
I feel because it was a virtual course, sometimes it could feel a little impersonal than what it would if we were all face to face.”

He gave us the opportunity to interact with others, discuss answers to questions and rehearse for interviews. He gave us extra time if needed and supported us to complete tasks.
