Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Scott. We use DPD as a parcel carrier as we believe they offer the best service. They offer an hour time slot and a very comprehensive tracking system. Most of all, we use them as we get so few damages meaning our customers will get the product when needed. We trialled several different carriers, the ones offering the lowest price, had the most damages. Take care Jack :)
