“I purchased a cast iron gas stove from Stovesonline. I found the staff both knowledgeable and helpful, from Suzy who took my order and fielded my questions to Shirley who offered outstanding service when problems with the supplier arose. This is a company who see you through the whole process. They sell quality stoves, offer value for money however, I would most recommend the genuine and friendly service provided by this company.”

Sorry that it proved a bit of an issue for you, and thanks for the positive and critical feedback: best way to improve. We are about to move to a new system which will automagically alert us to mismatches between the outlet size of a stove and the flue diameter - so I think this is in hand for the future.
