“Everything was just fine except shipping takes more time than in case of your competitors and demands visiting post-office. It would be more pleasant to receive it with the help of courier service.”

In your case (Estonia) we have a free shipping option and a express option which goes via courier. The free shipping option which I believe you took ends up being handled by your local postal service, the courier option is potentially more convenient but obviously has a cost implication. “I purchased two short sleeve jerseys and a long sleeve one and can say I’m very happy with the quality of these garments.They are very comfortable and fit well,the colours stay bright wash after wash.The only problem I’ve encountered is the tab on the inside of the zipper designed to stop it from rubbing your skin which it does prevent,also often gets caught in the zipper making it hard to do all the way up especially with gloves.Overall though I would confidently recommend these to a friend.”

“Very pleased with jersey, wanted one layer that was also waterproof, it stood up to fairly heavy rain other than dampness in the arms which is why gave it a 4 rather than 5 rating.”

“Second order, love the kit. Would rate very good, but object to paying to send kit back that doesn't fit (bib shorts) when only limited dimensions are provided and until one knows a brand the size is a hit and miss affair.”

“Unfortunately, despite the order processing seeming to be quick, I still don't have my order in hand (over two weeks now). Part of the problem is once the package was handed over to Canada Post, i lost visibility because the tracking number is not transferred. So I have no idea when this is coming... and I'm supposed to sign for it which means there's a good chance I'll miss the delivery and have to go to the post office to pick it up. It's just dragging on a little and is a bit inconvenient.”

“The gravel specific clothing is amazing though runs very small. 2XL worked for the shirts and riding shirt. Didn’t work for the vest which I had to return - a very expensive mistake on my part- as I had to pay the international shipping. Had everything fix I would have given 5 stars. The shorts are the best fitting on any MTB/gravel gear I own. I just wish there were more offerings!”
