“I haven't yet recieved the package from Royal Mail. They said it would be delivered on Friday and gave me a timeslot, but it never showed up and I haven't had an update from them since. I think there are better delivery companies available - Royal Mail relies on its name and history, but it's a joke compared to the newer companies.”

“Purchased thermoplastic tape previously which started to break up just over a year later. Start Safety talked to the manufacturers but were unable to resolve the issue. Have bough more from them and now scared that if we put it down the same will happen again.”

Late delivery of one of two items on a 24hr express service. Additionally delivered another customers order.”

“Nice items but I expected a bolt length including head of 95 mm. What arrived was an 85 mm long bolt which means I cannot secure the thickness of wood I wanted. Have since had to buy longer bolts!”

“Placed an order of various posts and signage, all showing as stock items. After placing the order I received a phone call to say an item that I needed was 7-10 days turnaround. As the job was less than a week away I had to source from an alternative supplier. Otherwise all ok, thanks”

“Simple ordering process and decent delivery timescale. Post was just wrapped in plastic film which had been damaged in transit but luckily the post was OK. Could have done with being able to get a more accurate delivery time too rather than just 8am-6pm.”
