“Easy website to use, delivery was quick and well packaged. All of the materials supplied were an excellent quality. Only downside is you have to be careful of the delivery charges as these become excessive when getting larger quantities of goods.”

“Needed a list of how to put it down used the hitack spray but it has all lifted not sure if I needed to heat the product to melt to the ground. It was used for an arrow on a car park that now needs doing again”

“Having already had conversations with a frankly pathetic outcome. I can only give you a 1 star, I wish you could give a zero star to be honest. Ordered boots on 01/02/2026 with a stated 2-3 day delivery, had to ring as no one replied to email asking where they were on the 10/02/2026, only to be told they hadn’t been despatched and I would receive them on 16/02/2026 which was no good as I’d had to purchase another pair of boots to cover me while I was waiting for your delivery, for it then to get a notification it was on the way on 19/02/2026. Absolute joke. I requested a refund of the £9.95 plus vat “2-3 day” carriage charge, only to be told no, but I can have a 50% refund if it!! £5 plus vat…… wow that’s so generous of you. I’ve refused on principle and instead decided to write as many bad reviews on Google, trust pilot and any other review website I can find. Your customer service is despicable.”

Alternatively, if the boots are no longer needed, due to you having to purchase others, we are more than happy to take them back and refund the order in full, as long as they are in unused condition. We apologize for the extended lead time on these particular boots. We have discussed this with the manufacturer to ensure we are made better aware of these increased lead times going forward.
