“Only part refunded didn’t turn up like next day like was told don’t have much faith in ordering again they don’t communicate with carriers properly spent more time on phone with customers care team not happy”

Hi Jay, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As you are already aware, a vast number of delivery delays were caused by Storm Goretti, and many couriers are still recovering from this, so many businesses and customers have been affected, and this is something that is completely out of our control. We do have direct contact with our couriers, with whom we were liaising through these delays, though there is only so much we can do in these circumstances. As for the refund, this was already agreed on the phone that you would be receiving a partial refund, that being the difference between the Next Day service and the Economy service.
