“I ordered 2x stands and 2x ‘concealed entrance’ signs. The stands were delivered to the wrong address, luckily the property owner tracked me down. The signs were never delivered and I have had no update on progress.”

“I do the TM for an annual carnival and we needed some more signs for this year. I ordered the temporary signs online for collection at the office in Droitwich. Signs and clips were ready for me, were of good quality and are now ready to be used. Very satisfied customer!”

“Very good service except one thing I think they should give some thought to. I ordered 3 25kg bags of Ultracrete Asphalt. The cost was around £50, but the delivery cost was also £50. When it arrived it was delivered on a 7.5 ton truck and was the only thing on it. 3 wee bags on a pallet on a huge truck. Seems to me they can do better than such excess which I paid for. Other than that; good company.”

“Good, speedy service. I purchased 2 pocket jubilee kits with a great selection of clamps but was charged double for delivery. Customer service cited the weight (1.5Kg) as the reason. While APC at £9.95 may suit large items to commercial premises, a more cost-effective option like EVRi at £2.62 would be better for individual customers.”
