The parcel was damaged and hence one washer was missing (unimportant) and the drill bit was dirty as it had obviously fallen out of the packaging (again unimportant as did not affect functionality but in different circumstances could have had a worse outcome.).”

“Price wise the items weren’t bad for value , my only drama was with two orders close to each other in timescale that were both not delivered as they should have been , the orders were both messed up and separated so I could not complete the jobs in question that required the items , after paying for quicker courier delivery , which cost more time and money to myself in the end .”
