“good company to deal with ,downside is they use DHLas a courier who have to be the worst ,one driver threatens my neighbour, then another driver is caught searching through my private garage”

“I haven't yet recieved the package from Royal Mail. They said it would be delivered on Friday and gave me a timeslot, but it never showed up and I haven't had an update from them since. I think there are better delivery companies available - Royal Mail relies on its name and history, but it's a joke compared to the newer companies.”

“Purchased thermoplastic tape previously which started to break up just over a year later. Start Safety talked to the manufacturers but were unable to resolve the issue. Have bough more from them and now scared that if we put it down the same will happen again.”

“Pre- sales advice excellent Quality of goods excellent Pallet courier excellent APC courier very poor hence 4/5. Claimed delivered to incorrect address when item was still in the back of their van. Late delivery of one of two items on a 24hr express service. Additionally delivered another customers order.”

“Nice items but I expected a bolt length including head of 95 mm. What arrived was an 85 mm long bolt which means I cannot secure the thickness of wood I wanted. Have since had to buy longer bolts!”
