We paid next day delivery for our order, however the delviery driver did not deliver as he couldn't find the location. However he did not call the contact or our head office for directions. Then we was told we would have to pay a redirection fee! After paying £12 day next day delivery that was not delivered.

Hi there, The delivery failed after the driver was refused by someone at the site address due to them not recognizing the name of the delivery contact provided. With no other notes on the order, the driver has no choice but to move on. As with most parcel couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, drivers rarely have access to work phones, so a call on arrival is not promised or guaranteed. As for the fee, this is due to you needing to resend the parcel to a new address. The items are currently being returned to us, and the order will be refunded with the standard shipping amount unless you would like to request the re-route. Kind regards, Byron Customer Support
The order came damaged one of the cones had a bent and cracked top,We understand this was the last 4 cones they had this cone should have not been sent out , for this only give 2 stars . We sent email with photos and start traffic have sent a replacement cone of a different make free of charge if we do get the cone which as not come yet should come today or tomorrow would give 5 stars

Over complicated system when collecting. Then on collection handed faulty goods which were immediately replaced but had I not noticed would have meant another visit and would they have accepted that they were faulty in the first place. No overtly competitive

I purchased a Maxilite hazard warning lamp, a support bracket, and 2 no. 6V batteries online. Delivery was very quick. All 4 items arrived in a box full of shredded cardboard to protect the contents, but none of the 4 items were individually sealed or boxed. I later discovered that the lamp should have been accompanied by a special tool (a dual-size Allen key) to enable the battery compartment to be opened and also to operate the lamp. Sadly, this tool was not supplied and I had to use 2 of my Allen keys instead. No big problem so far. However, once the batteries (Nissen Premium 800) had been installed, only a faint glow was emitted by the lamp and the flashing function did not work at all. I phoned Start Traffic customer services and spoke to Byron who advised me on the operation of the lamp as best he could but was unable to solve the problem. After a few days of thinking I had wasted my money, I decided to buy 2 new 6V batteries (Varta) from a local Screwfix depot. On installing the new batteries, the lamp worked perfectly - suggesting that the batteries supplied by Start Traffic were spent and were therefore the cause of the initial defect. The support bracket appeared to be a universal fitting, but it did not fit comfortably onto the lamp. It is not as easily fixed as the photos of the lamp and bracket seem to suggest. The fact that the special tool was missing from the package, the 2 batteries supplied were useless, and the support bracket does not fit the lamp quite as suitably as its online picture shows, means that I can only give a poor review in this particular case.

Hi Patricia, I have had a look into this order. I can see the final payment for this order was made on the 13th of July and the order was processed the same day. From there, there is a 10 working day lead time on any bespoke signs that are delivered directly from the manufacturer. I can see this was delivered on the 26th, within the 10 working day lead time. Dispatch notice sent the day after purchase, but let down by the delivery company used, I have had so far 3 days of notifications saying package will be delivered between 2-5 1:30-6 1-6 So far one week after the order no package and the job I ordered the item for has gone. Please sort your deliveries out.

Not happy with the service offered. It’s order spot on on, ordered 16.50 Wednesday delivered next day. Tried to order same item again on the Thursday at same time, they refused to deliver on the Saturday even though I paid for next day delivery. Waiting on refund

I believe you were speaking with Melody, who explained that you had paid for a Next Working Day Delivery, and since you had placed the order on Thursday at 16:48, I am afraid you missed the 14:00 cut-off time for Next Working Day Delivery. In this case, a Saturday Service is available though this would be at an extra cost. Looking at the order on Wednesday, this was placed at 05:57, hence why this was delivered the next day on Thursday. Have paid for 2-3 day delivery. I understand that at this time of year that won't be possible, but to be told that 2-3 day delivery period starts on 04.01.22 is no acceptable

Still not got my order and when we chased it up the reply was we should have had an email informing us it was delayed,never had that email and still not got any stock,I'm sure normally the service is fine but not on this occasion.

When I unravelled each 5m roll out to cut them in to 50cm strips, they only measured in between 4.89m to 4.93m, so I only got 9 strips rather than 10.
