Product is easy to use. Have to wait and see how it fairs in the winter. Price of delivery is excessive compared to the price of the product make overall poor value for money.

Ordering was made easy using your platform, how ever the product I ordered was not to the standard I was expecting, the cuffs are elasticated but very loose, other then that it fits well.

I paid for 7 rolls of the road markings 2 must have been okd stock as they crumbled when I attempted to use them on the road.

poor customer service and poor delivery method...received a pallet for a delivery that could have been brought in a box, driver even carried the pallet and lent it against the wall it was so light! now leaves me with the hassle of disposing of a pallet

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, though I believe we spoke via email regarding this. These are dispatched via a pallet because the items you ordered can be extremely brittle, weight is not a factor. The use of a pallet minimizes the chance of the items breaking during transit and this is reflected in the cost of the delivery. We have sent a considerable amount of these to our customers and found this to be the safest way to transport them. In cases where they are sent in parcels, they tend to be mishandled by 3rd party couriers and damaged. If you wish to get rid of the pallet, recycling centers are happy to take it, alternatively, if you are unable to take this yourself, leave it outside or advertise it on social media for someone to come and collect it for free, I'm sure someone will take it off your hands in no time. Barriers were due to be delivered on a Monday. Today is Wednesday and still not arrived.

Hi there, Following your review we have had a look into your order for you it looks like the incorrect postcode was provided during the online check out. We have amended the postcode for you. As this is a large item DX usually charge a reroute fee of £20.99 which in this case we have waived for you. Please be aware this order was placed on Thursday after the dispatch cut off time on a 2-3 working day delivery hence why this is yet to be delivered. Good quality product. However, I ordered on Sunday and paid for next working day. I didn’t receive my delivery until Wednesday. Packaging was also oversized and excessive.

I ordered qty 12 Orange hard hats but Start Safety (SS) only had 3 in stock. SS did despatch those 3 very quickly as reqd and sent the remainder as a backorder. Overall the service was very good but I'd have prefered if all my requirement was in stock

Good product, timely recieved. However, it was damaged (two holes in the middle of the sign we were sent). I don't know if this was in transit, I suspect not, as it was well wrapped. The metal frame edges looked used. To us, it seemed like a left over from another job, rather than a product made for us, which is what we thought it was going to be. It performs its function, so we cannot be bothered with a return and all the associated hastle.

Product description good. Had a problem editing my basket and was unable to delete an item even after clearing cache memory. Had to sign in on different browser and use secondary email to make the purchase. Customer service quick but communication about despatch could have been better. Overall ok experience with some minor problems. Postage the highest I came across for similar products and that was even before VAT was added so way overpriced and almost swayed me to another brand elsewhere with similar spec but they didn't have my size in stock.
