“I paid extra to get next delivery and didn’t turn up for 3 days and I needed the cones for an outside job which cost me money So not happy”

I can see this delivery was due on the 17th, and was out for delivery, but the courier ran out of time to complete their route, so it was rescheduled for delivery on the 18th.
