“I can't say how they handle breakdowns (I luckily haven't needded one so far), all I can say is that the communication and process to renew is flawless and straightforward. Clear website and easy-to-navigate customer account, I downgraded my level of cover from 5 to 3 stars in a couple of minutes, with all the info I needed to make my choice. Competitive prices too!”

“I have had Start Resue sub for a while but this year was the first time I called for help - twice. A dead battery and locked out with keys in car, both times Start sent help within the hour, which was quick I thought. Both times they got me going and saved the day. Start operative kept in touch throughout to make sure I was taken care of. Based on my experience I would recommend Start as a value for money breakdown emergency service.”
