“We were picked up in the middle of Portsmouth at the start of rush hour after only a short wait and the vehicle was delivered to our normal car service provider. The driver/recovery mechanic was very helpful and understanding of our needs. We experienced excellent service.”

“Since I joined I have had to call Start Rescue out just twice and that was in the same year I found them very helpful even though I had wait along time on one of the occasions as it was near after a new year period. The thing I liked was that after I broke down they kept in touch by phoning me every few minutes to see if I was ok and had th rescue team turned up so I am very thanful for this as I am in my 70s and disabled so at my age when you breakdown and me being disabled it conmforting to know that they are making sure I am ok. Also I think the cost is resonable and they try to keep cost down which is important in this day and age. May it long contiue”
