“I have had only one occasion to call out StartRescue during the last one year, when I had a flat tyre at home. It was very easy to raise the incident with them via their app Response was almost immediate, setting an expectation as to when the technician would arrive. The technician arrived dot on the time promised, which was within 2 hours. The work was done very professionally and neatly. I cannot expect anything more from a roadside assistance service. Well done StartRescue. I think you will go places if you can keep this up.”

“Start rescue is easy to join and the on-line process for editing information is straightforward to navigate. The rescue service is quick and efficient. More significantly, the price has remained reasonable with only modest increases over several years. Overall it's an efficient service at a reasonable price.”

“Been subscribing for 2 years. Fortunately, never had to use the service but the advice they give is helpful and it looks as though it will be easy to use if things do go wrong.”

“I had to take out a new policy been a member a few years bad luck stuck and I cancelled my renewal due to money reason's fortunately I got back on track because I was 3 weeks over my renewal date I had to start from scratch from £80 renewal to £113 but the finally gave a 10% discount I think it's a bad show considering”

“Only very recently joined start rescue, fortunately at the moment have not h h need for a call-out etc, but I'd like to add that joining them on their website was very easy to follow with everything very understandable, plus the reviews were a big help in making the decision to join, finally the price comparisons were very favourable .”
