“I have been with yourselves for two years and received my renewal quote which was a significant increase. Mainly driven by the admin fee being more than the actual policy Upon looking at other providers, I found the exact same cover for £20 cheaper so have had to cancel my renewal, and then take out a new policy. Not great and doesn't really make customers feel valued and that you want to retain existing customers.”

Hi Jim, thank you for your feedback. We have attempted to contact you this week via the phone to discuss your comments, however we have been unsuccessful in making contact with you. We would like to assure you that the admin fee is included within the price, not in addition to. As we are keen to discuss the new policy you have purchased with Start Rescue to clarify the difference in premium and answer your concerns in relation to your renewal premium, our Team will shortly be sending you an email where we will be able to detail that your renewal premium that was offered was cheaper than last year, and the reason you have found the same cover for £20 cheaper is due to the policy having a £30 excess which will need to be paid each time assistance is needed. “appears to have a wide range of features like loss of keys as standered. Also there phone advice to me as a blue badge holder was quick simple and helpful. The app looks interesting if it works. So hopefully delivers as it promises at aa very good price.”

“Although I've been a member for years I haven't had to call on start rescue for assistance, but I have read the reviews and they are all positive. Registering couldn't be easier and they have a cool ap where there is no reason to call for help you simply use the ap and they automatically know where you are.”

“I have been with Start Rescue for some years now and have used their services on 3 or 4 occasions. Their price is very competitive and, unlike others, it remains very reasonable - no inflation busting increases! Their service is as good, if not better, than bigger companies like the AA, RAC and Green Flag. Highly recommended.”

“Have just signed up to Start Rescue for breakdown cover. I found the website very well laid out and the details on different policies clear and easy to follow. The online process for buying a policy was also very slick. Price for a similar level of cover to my previous provider was very competitive.”
