“Not easy to deal with only through phone and kept hanging around for ages poor service”

“A very good recovery service, an essential for me as I drive a Mercedes estate car which is blighted by NOT being designed and supplied with a spare wheel! I love this vehicle in all other respects and therefore continue ownership, but only because if I'm unfortunate enough to get a puncture (two in eight years), I can rely on efficient recovery to a garage at very competitive cost. A very sincere thank you to Start Rescue !”

“I received kind and helpful assistance at the start of my holiday, alone and far from home. I would say that having to provide a postcode could be difficult, also telling your agent where you’d like taking, when you know neither. I was lucky to see a passerby who gave me these pieces of information.”
