“First time buyer, found process very easy to understand and apply, app was easy to download and I like that I can report a breakdown directly from that. Hopefully will never have to use the breakdown service but if I do I'm hoping it's as easy and efficient as the buying process”

“Have had this service for 3 years and fortunately have not had to use it ! I find having the app on my phone very handy as to location of a fire said breakdown!!”
