“made a online booking with time slot and paid for 3 tyres? got to Leicester outlet before booking time? no parking? so I parked blocking one car so I can go to office for advice them off the booking and I was blocking someone in? got to office one person there asked me to wait until he finished this phone call? waited for around 3mins and yard person come in and asked me to move my car? I said yes, just waiting on person on the phone? still not off phone yard person told me to move my car again? started to walk out to car was a bit angary at this time they were over booked and people waiting? told them I had booked time got into a heated argument told me no services will be given and get off this forecourt. so I did. made a phone call to head office told them what happened asked them to look into this because they have cctv ? told me they will. and told me a full refund will be given but this will take time? still waiting on outcome update still waiting they have not refunded me yet now been 24 days? whats going on give me back my money”

“Ordered tyres on line however different tyres were sent to the tyre fitters didnt notice until they had been fitted to car,tyres were worse rating than had been ordered ,contacted online support on Friday 2nd dec ,still waiting for someone to get back to me 5th dec, called phone number twice no one answers !!!!!!!!!!!.”

“Tyres wete cheep seem ok but did mark my good rim when fitting tyre shame it was not the other one as that has damage already and im going to get it sorted sods law i guess”

“I purchased my tyres online and went to the centre at the appointed time, unfortunately due to illness the centre was short staffed so I agreed to return the following day. Ali was excellent, the tyres were balanced before fitting and I left 20 minutes after arriving with 3 new tyres. I would definitely recommend the service.”
