“Good price , quick delivery but let down by wait during fitting . Had a 5pm appointment but my car was not even touched until just before 6pm. I don't see the point of giving an appointment when people are just seen when they turn up in queue . You might as well say am or pm .. just turn up and you will get seen when we get to you.”

“Prices were good, booked in for 2pm only to be informed fitters were on lunch till 2:30pm so had to wait then I asked if my tyres were legal but the man could hardly talk english he had to get another person to translate but his English was just as bad, I would use them again but would enquiry about there dinner time”

“Requested 4 tyres to be fitted and tracking carried out about a month in advance. I rang a few days in advance to check appointment Ok with fitting centre to find that the tyres had been returned to head office. Managed to get tyres returned for fitting on original date. The tracking could not be done at this site as equipment inaccessible and wariness to carry out as has too many return to say tracking still out after a proved knock while driving - had to apply for refund, not a problem once managed to obtain the correct tel. No. Went on holiday day after fitting to find that one tyre deflating badly - checked with soap solution to find badly seated valve fixed by local garage. Prices are good and if not booked too far in advance should not be too much of problem but check tyre pressures after to ensure no issues. The above may not be true of all its depots but this applied to Birmingham depot.”

“Won't be back for more. Online booking process was dead easy. Shame the same can't be said for the shop. Speedys near me was closed and remains closed even now. No contact numbers to call, no staff to talk to. Just lost £100 like that. Not what I call good service.”

“Excellent service when it comes to tyre change. The engineer was extremely helpful and answered my questions. The only reason why I'm not rating them even better is the fact that tyre tracking could not be done as their equipment was broken. I strongly recommend them though”

“Excellent service. I had a bad scuff on my alloy wheel and it was repaired within 30 minutes. I can hardly tell it was there they guys have done and brilliant job and it only cost £35. Would highly recommend.”
