Diamond cut alloy repair looks fine - took almost a full week after manager told me he would "do it quickly". Was then treated to an antivaxx lecture on picking up my wheel at the Birmingham branch. Unprofessional, inappropriate and downright stupid.

£25 for replacing a leaking TPMS valve valve very expensive, should be closer to £10 - valves are ~£2-3 and you don't have to rebalance the wheel. No peice guidance given when asked before starting the job.

Not informed of change of tyre, not kept informed with delivery details. Overall a poor experience although tyres sent had better ratings. Not the best of experiences.

I was not going to share this publicly however, I have sent an email to info@speedyswheels.co.uk, which is what they seem to ask you to do on here anyway. So to avoid it going up as an actual review I emailed first, then chased it up after 5 working day and two weeks later no one has acknowledged or responded. Below is the contents of the email: On Monday 13 May I had come into the Birmingham garage to get x4 alloys refurbed for my Golf GT. I picked up the ready alloys on Saturday 18 May. The customer service was acceptable although I almost left without one of the wheel badges even though I came in with all four and my wheel locking nut covers were not put back on but these are just minor easily solved details. I was given some temporary tyres whilst mine were worked on which I appreciate as they kept me going until I got mine back. Issues with them were that they were bigger than my original and scraped every time I fully locked my wheel, this is also when I first started to have the dashboard light issues. All in one go I had errors come on regarding my tyre pressure monitor, traction control and in turn, this affected my auto hold, park pilot, etc. I came in to pick up my ready alloys and made the employee aware of this to which I was told once my wheels are back on and the car is used to it the issues will resolve itself. It did not. I called the garage back on Saturday 18 May to suggest that my dashboard lights were still present and I had done a motorway drive, the full wheel turns, etc to try and get my car adjusted to the wheel change. I was basically told this is not their problem and nothing they can do about it. Great. Also, cc'd in is the witness to this conversation just in case. This problem still exists to date. However, on Saturday 25 May before I headed out for a long distance drive I thought I should check my tyre pressure. Can someone please explain to me why my psi was set to 60 on 3 tyres? My cars wheel pressure as you may be aware is 35 and only my rare right tyre was at this pressure. This seemed very suspicious to me not to mention dangerous because I had driven to Oxford in that frame time also. So following this discovery, I had taken a closer look at the said tyre and came to realise those were not the tyres I had came in with on Monday 13 May ! all the tyres are different, one at least is bold on the inside which is not normal wear for my car. The only conclusion I am left to draw from this is that my tyres were replaced... I can completely put this down to human error as small mistakes had been made in front of me and places like these get busy. However, this is one hell of a dangerous mistake to make, why on Earth would you almost double my tyre pressure !? Can someone please shed some light onto this situation and also let me know the solution. I do not wish to make any more calls as I was already dismissed by the employees before. I can only put this down to negligence. Although, I have taken out some parts to make it a bit less ... awkward for future clients :)

Alloygator came off my car, just needed it to put back on. Visited the site back & fourth being told they fully booked. Also being told they have no jacks left, a five minute job took 3 days.

Used this company before and was ok. Not sure if a change of management but recently they have started to charge extra for cleaning the wheel inside. So here the rub, they say that some imperfection on the rim can lead to a slow leak. For £10 they will clean it and put some adhevise on to prevent it. Guess what, the next time they take your tyre off, the adhesive will be holding onto a bit of rubber and the process will be repeated. No receipt given. Sorry guys next time will be going elsewhere

The place was very un-hygenic, the staff did not know I had even placed an online order, staff spoke little English and the language barrier was very annoying. I went in for 1 new tyre, a tyre swap and a alignment on the front which took around 2 hours because some staff had decided to go off for some reason and then upon their return I was asked to help with the job. Overall I would rather have spent the extra bit of cash and gone somewhere professional.

Poor lad left on his own to deal with phone, actual visitors and my wheels. Did not have the correct size socket for my land rover wheel nut so he needed to use my wheel brace. In the end i had to undo the nuts for him on one side (but not his fault as the wheel nuts are coated but they rust underneath the coating making the wheel brace a hammer on affair.). Whole job took a lot longer than necessary for lack of correct parts that the garage should have had.

Disappointed to only have received 3 tyres and chase up the 4th. Missed out on two MOT’s. I was told to call the courier directly to sort out the delivery. I pay for tyres and I expect a level of service to go with it. Not a good experience. Disappointed!

Didn't know about my booking, had to wait over an hour before I had to ask what delay was ( because my car was not parked on bay they didn't know is I was there waiting !!)... After tyres were changed I asked if tracking was also done and the answer was "oh you want that too?" It was clear on my booking receipt that I had shown to him. Over all poor customer service

I bought tyres online and booked time slot for fitting but when I went to leicester center they bluntley told me that I will have to wait until they finished customer who came first and booking online time slot does not matter as they both work differntly. There was no such mention on site at all. I had to wait for 50min and it runied my planning for that day as based on time slot i had other things planned. NOT HAPPY AT ALL with arrangment.

I found my alloy wheels have marks on them from fitting new tyres. Worse still I have paid to have them refurbished by the manufacturer less than 2 weeks ago.

the order of the 4 tyres was fine . I attended my 1 o,clock appointment only to find they did not have my tyres so eventually settled for a different set of tyres not very satisfactory. Also I was told the difference in cost would be credited to my card consequently have not received this or no correspondence about the issue you cannot expect me to praise you for that level of service so in future I will sought another supplier regards Mr R Monks

I was busy so sent my wife to get the tyres fitted, talk about taking advantage of a woman on their own. Said the wheels were badly corroded on the inside and needed grinding and a layer of " special" sealant to make the tyres seal (on a 2010 plate car), only £10 per wheel instead of £20 what a bargain (NOT). luckily my wife got them to call me and i told them that this was part of the the fitting. I told them just to fit the tyres without the unnecessary grinding and magic sealant and guess what, 4 weeks later the tyres are still up with no loss of pressure. Also the tracking needed doing. Won't be bothering using them again.
