“Easy to order and quick delivery.”

“Product good and helpful customer liaison and service from the Shop staff - who also volunteered information about an offer on the chosen bath without me knowing about it. However, the conditions for accepting delivery and reporting any damage/defects are strict and off putting. In practice it's difficult to unwrap and check the bath properly before signing for delivery with the driver waiting to get off. In my case the bath had a printed warning label on it to the effect that only a lorry with a tail lift should be used. My van had no tail lift and so if I had not been there to help the driver manhandle the bath off he would have had to lower/drop it to the floor - it was heavy as well, wrapped up within a large wooden pallet. When it came to fitting it a couple of weeks later my plumber discovered that it had no legs - an omission for which the Shop apologised and couriered a set immediately.”

“Made an offer for a bath through eBay and the response was instant. All communication after that was great. The ladies on the phone were a pleasure to deal with. They were very accommodating with the delivery date. And when I phoned them on the day of the day of delivery they were able to give an estimate of the delivery time. Only down side would be delivery itself. they're not insured to bring the bath inside the house, so extra help had to be arranged. This was a minor inconvenience and would certainly not put me off using them again. Overall I highly recommend The Whirlpool Bath Shop. (I know someone people on some websites are offered discounts or freebies in exchange for an "honest review" I would like to make it clear this didn't not happen here. I am a fully paying customer just like you, I found the bath I liked on eBay, clicked "make an offer" and they accepted.)”

“Very please with our purchase. Lots of helpful advice given over the phone prior to purchase, the number of options available was endless. Finally settled for a 23 jet shower bath which came with free chromotherapy lighting. Delivery was excellent, you are left with the packaging and pallet but as it was free delivery no moans about that. Can highly recommend.”

“Bought a beautiful L shape 23 jet bath with airspa. Fast delivery and well packed with easy to understand instructions. We have left it a few months to leave a review to fully test but we can't fault it at all. Chromotherapy light is a must, wouldnt go without one now. Perfect. Would recommend to anyone.”

“The staff are so helpful and prompt when dealing with you. Excellent bath quality and fixings are of really good quality. It was delivered before the the estimated date and I like the way you get a follow up call to verify your delivery and preferences on control placement.
