Product good and helpful customer liaison and service from the Shop staff - who also volunteered information about an offer on the chosen bath without me knowing about it. However, the conditions for accepting delivery and reporting any damage/defects are strict and off putting. In practice it's difficult to unwrap and check the bath properly before signing for delivery with the driver waiting to get off. In my case the bath had a printed warning label on it to the effect that only a lorry with a tail lift should be used. My van had no tail lift and so if I had not been there to help the driver manhandle the bath off he would have had to lower/drop it to the floor - it was heavy as well, wrapped up within a large wooden pallet. When it came to fitting it a couple of weeks later my plumber discovered that it had no legs - an omission for which the Shop apologised and couriered a set immediately.
