“the software tech is essential for me having my studio in my 2nd bedroom. My room has some serious peaks in the bass frequencies even after room treatment so I can't produce a proper mix that translates to pro results just by turning on my speakers. So the only way for me to get a proper-sounding mix is to adjust my sound system so I can hear what I am actually doing in the mix. Sonarworks most certainly helps me out in a fantastic way, it is very easy to set up and use inside Cubase via the control room. The 5th star will be added when the software quirks get sorted out.”

“I have been able to buy from the official website online store easily. Installation is simple, so it is the use. I work as a freelance producer in my bedroom so I simply can't fill it with huge panels. This piece of software is giving me a big favour in preventing me from buying big bass traps that I wouldn't be able to put where I would like to anyway.”

“excellent product, I purchased the package: headphones, monitor and calibration microphone. The microphone arrived within the expected delivery time (4 working days). “I purchased the microphone for room measurement and never received it, contacted Sonarworks through the support section of the website twice, no one even replied or tried emailing back. Seems to be a good product but I apparently won’t find out. Be careful purchasing anything online”

“Lately, I started building a Home Studio and Workplace. Since I didn't have a big budget, I was looking for a simple, inexpensive, and effective solution to the problem of monitoring recordings as accurately as possible and doing it in the best quality possible under the circumstances. While browsing through various acoustic treatments, I stumbled upon Sonarworks SoundId Reference. I tried it right away, and that's basically the end of the story because after listening to it through headphones and studio monitors, I bought it. The purchase was easy and quick. I simply bought the software because I already had a measurement microphone at home. Based on the descriptions and what I read in forums, it perfectly met my needs. I didn't need much help from support because everything was clear, even speaker calibration, which I was a bit worried about. Overall, I'm very selective about what I spend money on, but currently, I feel this software is worth every cent. And it has received an update since, which is only a positive for me as it means the developers are continually improving the usability and my experience. I think SoundId Reference is an indispensable software and plugin for my home arsenal.”
