“Finding the product was easy as it's pretty much industry standard, but that's where my good experience ended. Installation was easy but I can't get passed the 37 point scan, I can't even get 1 scan done, support have been useless taking 1 week to reply each time and then just referring me to help articles, this doesn't help at all, I managed to scan left t and right but anything else it can't pick up my mic, I'm seriously at the point of asking for my money back so I can go to another company. It'd be nice for someone to actually help me.”

“I use SoundID Reference and VoiceID and I am very satisfied. My only comment is Windows Drivers. Sometimes when using Tidal or YouTube I hear crackling and other unwanted sounds that can be irritating. Using a DAW with ASIO, everything works flawlessly. Integration with Apollo is also great. SoundID Reference is an almost ESSENTIAL product for every Mixing Studio.”

“first off, I messed up my accounts by setting up a new one although I already had one. So I quite couldn't get my head around how to upgrade from my previous version. But customer service was quick to help so the issue was solved. I am very pleased with the overall design and functionality of the latest version of the software, especially its full background integration that spares me the hassle of having to switch output routing every time I change my DAW or other app.”

“I recently had the chance to try out Sonarworks, and I was quite impressed by both the product and the shopping experience. The website was user-friendly and made it easy to find all the information I needed before purchasing, with detailed explanations of their calibration software and how it would improve my audio setup. The buying process itself was smooth, and I appreciated the clear instructions on how to get started. After purchasing, I encountered a few minor issues with installation. However, the Support Centre was incredibly responsive, providing prompt and helpful assistance that resolved everything quickly. The support team was knowledgeable and professional, which made the experience much easier. One area I would suggest for improvement is perhaps offering more in-depth tutorials or videos on advanced features, as I had to search outside the platform to understand some of the finer details. Other than that, I’m happy with the overall experience, and I would definitely recommend Sonarworks to anyone serious about audio calibration.”

“Sonarworks website is excellent. The descriptions are thorough and the support is excellent. I had a combination of novice mistakes and confusion over complex UI as well as some startup software issues and support in every case was fast and thorough. The knowledge base on the website and "how tos" are great. This is important because the system is complex due to advanced functionality and features as well as integrations not just with audio hardware and software from multiple companies, but also with different comptuer systems. All of this leads to a complex startup experience but that is softened by a good website and very responsive support program.”

“It’s extremely easy to choose, buy and install product, and mic. The whole process is very intuitive, not just for technicians, but for beginner artists too. I highly recommend to treat your room until it sounds comfortably good without any room correction software, and then throw SoundID on top of it. The difference will be night and day even in this case. :) Are there any more sophisticated room correction methods? Well, yes maybe, but either proprietary with a specific product only, and/or much more expensive. I’d highly recommend to use SoundID to get much better musical results, even if you’re just a casual listener at home.”

“Downloading the product was extremely easy. Sonarworks makes it easy to get started and they explain well how to set up the product both for your computer or as a plug in in your DAW. Could not recommend them more.”

“Shopping with Sonarworks was pretty easy and seamless. They emailed me a couple hours early before the sale started which was a great reminder also. Tracking and shipping information was on time and accurate . Will shop with them again in the future !”

“For headphones it’s perfect as insert on my master track. For my speakers it’s very dry (flat) that it’s supposed to be. I face difficulties to match both master track headphone (on/off ) vs speakers.”

“At the time of release, uad and sonarworks should be very clear, that the add-on is just a engine that makes an apollo to run the calibration inside the hardware! AND that you need the SoundIId license in order to put it on!!! Despite this, the conjuction is massive! No latency, great sound. Worth it”

“Using the monitor correction has changed my workflow. I cut back to a single pair of monitors and can safely mix in either headphones or monitors with the mix sounding 99% identical. There's also extra clarity throughout the spectrum and I can trust those mixes to translate to other devices. Seems to have done everything I hoped it would. Translation check works great for 'road testing' your mixes which is why I could cut back to a single set of monitors.”
