“The website and shopping is a bit confusing, it was hard to differentiate between the different versions and It took a while to figure out what was included in each one and what version I myself was looking for.”

“Great quality product, easy to use and intuitive. Website had some issues with Safari a few times, but could be solved through cookie deleting. Would and have recommended it to many of my fellow producer friends.”

“Everything works. Would be nice if the "plugin is not disabled during export" warning supported ableton live too. Also the the headphones review articles seem to be helping a lot in getting people's attention in your product, maybe keep doing that”

“I was unclear about the upgrade pricing from the headphones-only version to the headphone-plus-speaker version, but support helped me. Also, support was terrific with technical issues I was having. Excellent all around!”

“The shopping experience was ok. I had purchased Reference 3 Systemwide previously and was a little unclear about how to upgrade to Sound ID Reference. Clearer upgrade paths at the time of purchase would be nice.”

“Sound Reference has totally transformed my mixes. I was struggling to get the right sound when out of my studio. All because my monitors were not tuned. Huge time saver while mixing. The website was easy to use and the 21 day trial gave me the time I needed to try out other software. The customer service was quick to respond and knowledgeable. Sonarworks was hands down the right app for me. The sound reference mic and H650s in the premium bundle are of great value.”

“It's great. Really helps with monitoring and mixing and figuring out the weaknesses or idiosyncrasies of the headphones I use to track and mix with. Maybe the only downside is that the desktop app can be a little bit flaky when switching between apps that have different sample rate demands (e.g Reaper at 92000kHz to another programme like iZotope RX at 44100kHz). But it's minor when you get used to it.”

“Immediate difference in how well my mixes translated to other spaces! It's also great to be able to trust my headphones. I'm working in an old school bus with minimal acoustic treatment, so I was skeptical about how much difference it could make. After a pretty simple calibration with a test mic from amazon, I could immediately hear things like I heard them in the studio they were cut in. Worth the money!”

“I've always wondered why mixers and master engineers have to lower or raise certain frequencies when I've finished mixing my songs, listening in my headphones fort and back. This was the beginning of a completely new way of working. I make my mix and bouncing it out and it sounds like it should, finally after yeeeears! I bought your product and thought the whole process was smooth. Setup was very clear and easy to get started with headphones. Now I just need to calibrate my monitors. Thank you!”
