“I found the online video tutorials very informative. They helped me get up and running quickly and easily. The only drawback I found was when I attempted to upgrade to the latest version of Vocal AI, I could not find any upgrade option when I was taken to the Sonarworks website. I ended up having to purchase a new perpetual license, which I was only able to register after de-registering my previous license. I still don't regret the purchase. It's a great product!”

“Excellent tool how to make acoustics respone of my home studio accurate. I started to use Sonaworks Reference 4 some years ago and I upgraded to Sonaworks SoundID now. I appreciate the discount for the established users. What I still encounter is a subtle white noise when SoundID works as systemwide (like the Reference 4 did as well). PlugIn version works noiseless. Radovan”

“Got SoundID Plug in a few weeks ago, but just got the chance to use it yesterday. Absolutely blown away! There's no such a thing in the market, really translates any vocal performance into something new, preserving all the details and nuance of the original. Can't praise or suggest it enough. Shopping on the Sonarworks store was easy and intuitive — everything I needed to know was clearly laid out, from product specs to licensing terms. The checkout process was fast and frictionless. After my purchase, I had a couple of technical questions, and the Support Centre was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. That kind of follow-through makes all the difference. If I had one suggestion: maybe include more real-world audio demos on the product pages to showcase the capabilities in context — it would be a great creative touch. “My room sounds much better, speaker calibration was a great tool to help me see improvements I made in the room with speaker placements etc but the real winner was the support. I was having an issue and they followed up and solved it immediately. Very impressed.”

“I can't really say a lot about sonarworks. I was hoping to get a double discount through plugin alliance and the sonarworks summer sale. But the Plugin Alliance discount only works for software and I needed both - amic and the software. It works really great though!”
