“Buying it was easy! Very straight forward purchase although I think the offer was before VAT which can confuse British! It was an extremely quick installation too which I’d assume would be the same across the range!”

“Finally got this after years of trying different solutions, this just works plain and simple No fuss , install is a breeze and sytemwide is excellent - nothing comes close to this and I have tried every other similar product . Love the translation checks and the car test 2 for me is the deal breaker , should sound still great on that if it doesn't - back to the mix!”

“Overall a pretty decent experince purchasing sonarworks. I found the shopping experince to be a bit confusing between the USD shop and international shop. They are the same number on the website, but in diffrent currencies so buying from one would be more expensive than the other after converting to my own currency. Found the best way for me to get the full mulitchannel version and with the microphone was to buy the microphone with the stereo verson locally to pay only local tax and currency and than was able to buy the multichannel upgrade from the USD store. Saving approx $150-200 CAD from if I was to buy the mulitchannel with microphone from the international shop directly even after sale prices. Feel like this is something that could be a bit too complicated for average consumers and might be best to look at better international options for people around the world instead of a flat and confusing Euro rate.”

“There is a special feeling with Sonarworks products, they help you to understand how the mix can be improved, how the master can be improved, how your room can be acoustically improved, how you can use headphones without disturb nobody around you and make all perfect! The measure tool is pretty amazing, i used it to improve the acoustic of my room with some absorbers, once calibrated is like to have a virtual perfect studio. Virtual monitoring helping alot when i do use headphones with the bass management, thnx also to make a personal calibration on my headphones, is so easy adding the personal profile and mixup! THNX YOU CHANGED MY MIX MASTERING LIFE!”

“Easy shopping experience. I only wish there was stock of all calibrated headphones and moreso, that the crucial ability to send one's own headphone model for individual calibration was restored. It's really missing, I wish I was able to extend my headphone choices that way. The HD650 are great, but I miss being able to have another headphone with extended bass range properly calibrated in the same manner. So either reinstate the individual calibration, or stock (!) a more comprehensive range of headphone models. In my opinion, the price of the calibrated HD650 is too stiff, considering it is considerably less expensive nowadays.”

“Sonarworks / SoundID Review Shopping Experience: Buying from Sonarworks was pretty straightforward. The website’s clean and easy to navigate, and I didn’t have any trouble finding the version of SoundID Reference I needed. They give you a decent amount of info to help you decide, though I think a side-by-side comparison of the different options (like headphone vs speaker, with or without mic) would’ve been really helpful. Before & After the Purchase: Before buying, I was able to find most of the info I needed—system requirements, how it works, etc. After buying, installation was smooth and the setup guide walked me through everything without much confusion. That said, if you’re new to this kind of thing or using it with a specific DAW/audio interface, a few extra tutorials or tips would make things easier. Support Centre Experience: I had to reach out to SoundID support once, and while they did get back to me and solved my issue, it took a couple of days. Their help articles cover the basics well, but I think they could benefit from some more detailed walkthroughs—or even some short videos—for common issues. Overall: Great product, does exactly what it promises—my mixes translate way better now. Just a couple of small improvements on the support and setup side, and it’d be a nearly perfect experience. Solid 4 out of 5 stars from me.”
