“I upgraded from Reference 4 to SoundID Reference. The new version is much better and helps me in having a flat response in my home studio. I strongly recommend this software to everyone who has not a perfect room acoustic. Also extremely helpful with the different headphones.”

“Having used Rerence 4 for Headphones for a couple of years, and when its use was relegated to infrequent use due to a few issues when running under Windows 10 (64-bit), which were reported to Sonarworks (email comms over the course of a year), I have now upgraded to SoundID Reference with great success. No more issues, dropouts, or glitches experienced before. Further, the selection of headphones available has increased.”

“I purchased the education license of SoundID Reference for Headphones. The shopping experience was great. The website UI is easy to navigate and I imagine is easy to use for non-tech people. I made a mistake and used the wrong email when purchasing but Artjoms was very helpful in resolving the issue and getting me the activation key.”

“I used to use Equaliser APO, along with the Peace UI for it. However even with the various presets I tried, the high frequencies in my HD800S Headphones came through and pierced my ears. I then tried using SoundID Reference by Sonarworks. After setting it up and using the Dolby Music Matched Preset (which slightly reduces the highs and slightly increases the bass when compared to the neutral preset). Put simply, it’s the best preset I’ve ever used and the best £100 I spent, as I can also use SoundID on up to 3 machines which is useful for my Music Production PC. Not having to manually configure every settings every time I reinstall windows or move to another computer is another benefit, and the GUI is amazing too. I’m extremely happy with this product.”

“I used the DBX RTA-M microphone to shoot my room when I first purchased SoundID. But it still wasn't translating accurately. After speaking with SonarWorks support, I bought the SonarWorks measurement microphone. It made the difference I needed. I had considered buying it for a while, and I'm glad I have because my mixes are now translating as they should.”
