Purchased a pair of Chestnut loafers, good looking and a nice colour. However the backs of my heels both bled on the first wear and although I have tried to wear them in around the house before going out in them again I am not impressed that the leather is so unforgiving. Loved the trainers I bought in the past. Disappointed.

Whilst I cannot fault the delivery service nor the packaging, my shoes proved so very painful to wear for the intended event even though I had tried on indoors on carpet. Such a shame as I thought I would be coming back again and again.

Shoes not as comfortable as I'd hoped. Normal size 4 to big and size 3.5 caused blisters. They also have a squeak which is a bit odd. Hopefully they will wear in soon

I ordered my normal size 37 as described. When the shoes arrived they were very big. On advice I returned them and purchased a 36.5. I kept those shoes and put in a heel grip as they still felt a little loose. I honestly thought they’d be ok. I had to start a new job and didn’t have shoes so had to keep them. I then went on to buy a 36 which felt comfortable so I kept them too. After wearing them for a while they’ve now become too tight. I’m unable to return either pair as I’ve been wearing them. The shoes are lovely but the sizing is weird. I suffer with painful bunions, especially on my left foot and was delighted to find Sole Bliss. Unfortunately this has been a very expensive mistake for me.

Nice shoes but I can't award 5 stars. My feet are actually a size 3.5 but wide with a high instep, so I thought 4 would work for me. They are too small - I should really have returned and swapped for a larger size but thought they would soften up and stretch. Odd thing is they are not as wide as I hoped. So I do wear them but they are not the "go to" shoes I hoped for. If ordering from Sole Bliss I'd suggest shoppers go a size higher for comfort.

I was disappointed that one of the shoes was not properly finished and rubbed my toe. Having returned them - they were not exchanged as I had worn them once briefly outside. Nobody contacted me to tell me what was going on and after a week I rang the company. The person I spoke to was offhand. The shoes were repaired and are now comfortable. However, I would be unlikely to buy from Sole Bliss again.

I bought white flatform sandals for a trip to Asia. They are pretty, nice quality, and they completely hide the bunion on my left foot. You really can't see it at all. But my feet aren't identical - I have a bunion on one foot. So the shoe on my right foot is loose. I have stuck on a non-slip pad, but it is still slipping slightly. So the shoes are ok, but I wouldn't walk far in them. I probably should have bought sandals with an ankle strap. They are quite expensive, and I am not keen on DPD because you can't use a pick-up point, which means staying in for delivery or they are desperate to leave things with neighbours, which isn't great in a big city.

Purchased court shoes, a good fit and elegant look. Worn for a day and put back in bag. One bow fell off after a second day of wear, I sent photos and was requested to return the shoe. I was in China at a conference, v v disappointed. No real empathy or help. I purchased super glue and reattached the bow, I purchased v expensive shoes, hoping to be able to wear them.

I bought two pairs. Both pairs far too wide in the heel for me. The kitten heel flop around and are difficult to walk in. The sneakers are quite heavy and there are lots on the market that are exactly alike but cheaper. The insoles are not for people who need orthotics. However you can amend them yourself. I tried the shoes in my house on a rug and they were ok, however, once transferred to the real world outside vagracies they are too slidey on stone, concrete and tarmac.

I love the style but unfortunately the shoes and my feet aren't happy together. I need special insoles - had to pry out the ones that came in the shoes and left gouges in the foodbed. The heel is too loose for my narrow foot. Time to admit my feet aren't Blissful in these soles.

My boots are fabulous. Well made and attractive. If only you could offer half sizes I would wear nothing else but Sole Bliss products. Having to put orthotics or foot liners in the boots to make them fit is inconvenient and makes them uncomfortable. One size down is too small.

Inside of shoes rub on heel, found a pad that helps. Sole padding comfortable. Could be even wider. Ordered a larger size as still felt narrow.

I like the design of the shoes, but disappointed with the hard leather material that was used. I’m at that age that I need soft leather for my feet.

1st....I normally wear a size 5 to 5.5, and every 36 I have purchased from Sole Bliss is just too big. 2nd, I have a Morton's Neuroma on both feet and I have found absolutely no comfort with these shoes. The Chloe shoe was just so uncomfortable when I wore them to a wedding, and now I am stuck with them because they were worn for a couple of hours. I did keep a pair of Miracle sneakers which have unfortunately already worn down after only wearing them a few times. For the cost of these shoes I would expect a better quality shoe. I was so hopeful these shoes would work for me.

I have given 3 stars for good service, beautiful looking shoes & bag (Katrina shoes & Jenna bag). They must rank amongst the most uncomfortable shoes ever! Sorry Sole Bliss. They are wide at the point of the big toe joint but they sharpen too quickly towards the toes & squash them too tight. Yes they are big enough! The inner sole is much smaller than the shoes leaving a trough all round for your toes to fall into - it needs to go to the edges. Young feet can put up with it, older ones just won't. I didnt send them back - vanity to blame as a perfect match for my outfit (Coral red)

After reading all the positive reviews I am fairly disappointed. I am a size 5 and when I purchased the shoe I wore them around the house for a couple of hours and they seemed ok, but I wore them for an evening whilst on a cruise ship and found they really pinched my toes, and I don't have bunions. Maybe I was just unfortunate and the shoe purchased was a small size 5.

my loafers arrived and they were beautiful. I had purchased them in wide because of Sole Bliss claiming their expertise woth many foot challenges, mine being a bunion. Although the shoe did accommodate for that,the rest of the shoe was so wide I walked right out of it in my regular size. Sadly I had to return.
