“My review is based on customer service as I have yet to own a pair of Sole Bliss. I received my order and loved all the styles unfortunately I had to exchange them due to sizing. When I received the exchange the shoes felt amazing!!!! I did have an issue with the quality of both pairs as there was a scuff on the top and some peeling on the heel of the other pair. I contacted customer support and they were quick to respond and provide options. They were very friendly and apologetic of the concerns. I ended up returning them and will repurchase once my size is available again.”

“I bought a pair of Sole Bliss court shoes following operations on both my feet. I needed shoes that didn't put pressure on the side of my big toes. They are very stylish for formal events. Although they were comfortable initially, I didn't give 5 stars because my feet did hurt after a few hours. But that may be because the shoes need a longer wearing-in time. I am willing to persevere because they are so attractive.”

“Beautiful quality shoes, stylist and comfortable- a rare combination! The delivery is very fast, refunds are promptly processed and the customer care team are excellent. Only drawback is the variation in sizing across the range. Although Sole Bliss do flag this up I now have a Ruby sandal in Size 38 but my lovely Paloma courts are 41. I’m usually a 39.”

“My sister-in-law recommended Sole Bliss and I ordered a pair of bronze trainers which are very comfortable and much admired. I ordered the trainers and they arrived very quickly. I am awaiting for size (4) in shoes - Orla in Taupe - which have been out of stock for at least the last month, so I am looking forward to them being in stock and being able to order them.”

“These run quite large. I'm always a 39 and thought that these fit with very heavy duty socks, but ultimately the interior compressed a bit and they are now really too large. The option to fold the top down is nice in theory, but it makes them less warm/attractive when they are all the way up, which is how I preferred to wear them. And also I'm always skeptical when a company offers $ for reviews. But these boots are clearly made of high-quality materials, and the option for extra traction is very cool.”

“Trainers bought for me by my husband. I have a small problem In that the zip is on the outer side of the shoes whereas a pair I bought from another supplier several years ago the zip is on the inner edge which to me is much easier to use.”

“Very easy to order and I quickly received my order. I'd give this a 5, but the zipper on the outside of the Wonder Boot is awkward. Since we put our shoes on by crossing our foot across the knee of the opposite leg, that puts the zipper underneath. Awkward. It's the only boot out of about a dozen pair I own that zips that way. Otherwise, the spikes work great and I've been able to walk on Michigan snow and ice with ease. So happy I bought these and show them off to neighbors and friends who enjoy walking in winter weather.”

“I love the Ruby sandals and Star and Palazzo tennis shoes--I swear by them for comfort. I wore the sandals for 6 hours, standing for several hours while talking and dancing at a wedding reception, and my feet didn't hurt! But I've struggled with the heeled shoes. The Giselle hits high on the side of my ankle and rubs a bone, plus it's tighter on my toes then I expected. I did keep them, and I think they'll stretch some as I wear them with dress socks. The Genevieve is simply too tall for my aging feet, but they look so stylish. I only wear them when walking short distances, and they are comfortable on my toes. I would absolutely recommend Sole Bliss, but not all styles will fit your feet--find what works.”

“The Sole Bliss pumps are a game changer. The shoe is very stylish and does not look like the typical orthopedic shoe. The inside is designed for bunion comfort. I was able to wear the shoe for about four hours on my feet, and no complaints at all! My only ask for Sole Bliss is to innovate on design for bunions and metatarsalgia with shock-absorbing soles or arch support.”

“Love the fit and the perfect platform height. My toes felt uncomfortable wearing them for several hours at a wedding. The bigger size was too loose for me. I wish there were in-between sizes for Randi.”
