Nice to look at but only just wide enough. Wore all day at a function, mainly sitting down. My feet were so sore by the end of the night, definitely not worth the high cost.

Hi Jill, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that the fit wasn’t as comfortable as you’d hoped, especially given the occasion. While our shoes are designed specifically for bunions and wide feet, each style fits differently and everyone’s feet are unique, so unfortunately not every style will work for everyone. This is why we encourage customers to spend time trying shoes at home on carpet to ensure they are the right pair for you before committing to wear them outside. If you find that a particular style isn't working during this time, our Customer Care team is always happy to provide personalised recommendations to help you find a better fit. However, since the shoes were worn outdoors and were not in a resaleable condition, we were required to abide by our returns policy and were unable to offer a refund. We genuinely regret that this particular style didn't provide the relief you were hoping for and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. King Regards, Team Sole Bliss

Sole Bliss shoes ruined my daughter’s wedding. Excruciating pain across the soles of my feet began with half an hour of standing on a solid surface. By the time I had left the church ceremony I was barely able to walk. Had to take them off and spent the rest of the day bare footed as feet remained sore. I’ve since read other reviews that describe foot pain when walking on a firm surface. Pain is not present on soft carpet. No refund unless soles only tried on carpet, so I am left with a pair of shoes I paid almost £200 for and will never wear again. Please revise the structure of your shoes - and your advertising. Awful shoes.

I wanted smart shoes to accommodate my bunion. I normally wear wide fit shoes, and the shoes I ordered were described as being ideal for wide feet. Unfortunately they were not comfortable. I thought iI could wear them in around the house but it hasn't worked. I bought them to wear for a wedding but I have realised they are just not going to be comfortable enough. So I can only give one star because I can't actually wear them.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY | If you actually have bunions or other issues with your feet, these are not for you. They felt good when I tried them on, of course. Even walking around inside they felt fine. When I wore them for an evening, my feet were killing me after an hour and it took a couple of days for them to feel better, just like any other heels. I wish I had spent a quarter of the price on anything else - these shoes are just as painful as any other heels. All the extra padding, etc. only improves the try-on; it does not improve the wearability. I will not recommend Sole Bliss to anyone and won’t buy from them again myself.

I ordered the Miracle Trainers and they seemed OK when I tried them on. Unfortunately, when I wore them outside to go shopping they began to really hurt my bunion and I was in agony by the time I got home. I bought some shoe stretchers to see if that made any difference and they didn't. I have had to throw them away as I couldn't return them after wearing them. I won't be buying any more of your shoes.

These size of these shoes are listed all wrong. I am a 42 / 8. But they consider thatan EU 40. Which is actually a 6! I tried them on once and sent them back (admittedly outside the time to return). They said that they had been worn - they had not! They were almost two sizes too small! They wouldn't give me a refund or even an exchange. Extremely dissapointing customer service.

I received my 1st pair of beautiful Sole Bliss shoes. I tried them on and wore them around my house for an hour or so and they felt fine. I wore them the next days to work and incurred several blisters on both of my feet. I inquired about a possible refund to return the shoes given their uncomfortablility and was told “no” and “they knew they would lose me as a future customer”. This is the poorest experience that I have ever had and will never buy from this company again.

Promised comfort and style. I got the comfort but not the style. Lovely looking apricot loafers but unfortunately after trying them on on carpet,I waited to wear them out for a birthday celebration. Big mistake. As soon as I put them on they hurt. By the time I got to the hotel restaurant I was grateful to sit down. On way back had to walk barefoot as pain was unbearable. Once in room discovered I had a blister. Too late to ask for refunds. Won't be purchasing any more.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you didn't find your loafers comfortable. We do offer 30 days for you to try your shoes on and ensure they are comfortable for you. So if you weren't finding these comfortable we would have advised sending them back to us. If we can help any further please contact our Customer Care Team. Kind regards, Sole Bliss

They fit way small, there was so much ill fitting padding in alll the wrong places that they were unwearable. And of course I thought,” well they will adjust to my feet.” But no. They got worse the longer I wore them. And of course they won’t accept returns if there is any evidence they’ve been worn.

Another purchase and another return. Advertised as wide fit but definitely not.

As someone who has moderate bunions, I struggle to find heels that fit me and are comfortable. When I first got the Ingrid in Blush Suede I was very happy with the fit, the cushioning was great, however when I actually wore the heels for the first time, it was not the bunion or the toe box that was the issue but rather the padding around the heel, there is basically no padding or lining whatsoever, and my heel ended up with blisters from just 3 hour event with not much walking or standing. The next event I decided to apply padding on my feet and wear them, yet it was still painful to wear. I am disappointed because I thought this would be an investment worth buying but I can never try them on again. Please think of the shoe as a whole, not just the bunion aspect.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with both the product quality and the customer service I received from your company. While I had read extensively about your company and its mission, I was truly disappointed when the product I purchased did not live up to my expectations. I recently bought a pair of shoes, model DRAM-LEA-BLK-380, and after wearing them for just over a month, I noticed that they had loosened significantly at the heel end. As a result, my heel slips out of the shoe when I walk, causing discomfort and inconvenience. When I reached out to your customer service team for assistance with this issue, I was disheartened by the response I received. I was told, "Unfortunately, as the shoes have been worn, we would not be able to accept them back for an exchange. You could also try putting some fabric material in the shoe to fill the gap, and this could make the fit more comfortable for you." For a purchase of $300, I find it unacceptable that the company's solution is to recommend stuffing fabric into the heel of the shoe rather than addressing the underlying issue of why the shoe's design led to it becoming loose. This response does not reflect a brand that stands behind its quality or values its customers' satisfaction. I was initially committed to your brand, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I will now have to think twice before considering shopping here again.

I purchased a pair of sling-back heels in May; they are my fourth pair of Sole Bliss shoes. I tried them on and they seemed fine, so I took them on a cruise, only to find that they were excruciatingly painful on the first night that I wore them; they pinched my toes and caused blisters. When I contacted "customer service", I was told that I could not return them because I had worn them for one evening on carpeted floors and I was scolded for not trying them on properly! In conclusion, painful shoes and poor customer service mean that I will not be shopping with you again.

The shoes have rubbed my bunion instead of cushioning it as I expected. Extremely disappointed, will stay with my other brands in future.

Ordered size 8/42, navy, suede, kitten-heel shoes. They were at least one size too large. Three heel grips are now installed in each shoe and they can just about be worn. €71 excise duty paid - non-refundable. Returns at my expense and replacement would incur €71 duty again so I'm not a happy customer.

I ordered the Ingrid black leather pumps in my regular size, because the website says to. They were so big that I needed to exchange them. The second pair was so big that I also needed to exchange them. In both cases, the shoes would not even stay on my feet. The third pair seemed to fit perfectly, but after wearing them at work for a few hours, my feet were in agony, and the insides were already starting to wear away. I contacted customer service with a photo and they said they have never heard that before and it does not mean that the shoe is lower quality. They also told me that if I walked on a hard surface, I cannot return them. Instead I was supposed to only wear them on carpet for the first 40 days. They were so slippery when I first got a pair that they told me I needed to walk on a hard surface to make them less slippery. I didn’t know that would mean I could not return them. 🤷‍♀️ I’ve always worn a size 7 in every brand of shoes except this one. I’ve exchanged until I can’t anymore because they won’t take them back after one day of use.

Ordered these after reading good reviews and seemed comfortable in my own home when I tried them on. However, when I wore them for the first time out for a meal, found them very uncomfortable, couldn't wait to get them off and would certainly not be able to dance in them. Very disappointed and not looking forward to wearing again although will have to as can't afford another pair.

The shoes looked lovely although the heel strap kept slipping down. I wore them to my sons wedding and could hardly walk out of the church as my feet were hurting so much, I was very disappointed that the promised all day wear and padding had let me down. I changed into a different pair straight away and wish I’d never purchased them.
