I purchased a pair of sling-back heels in May; they are my fourth pair of Sole Bliss shoes. I tried them on and they seemed fine, so I took them on a cruise, only to find that they were excruciatingly painful on the first night that I wore them; they pinched my toes and caused blisters. When I contacted "customer service", I was told that I could not return them because I had worn them for one evening on carpeted floors and I was scolded for not trying them on properly! In conclusion, painful shoes and poor customer service mean that I will not be shopping with you again.

The shoes have rubbed my bunion instead of cushioning it as I expected. Extremely disappointed, will stay with my other brands in future.

Ordered size 8/42, navy, suede, kitten-heel shoes. They were at least one size too large. Three heel grips are now installed in each shoe and they can just about be worn. €71 excise duty paid - non-refundable. Returns at my expense and replacement would incur €71 duty again so I'm not a happy customer.

I ordered the Ingrid black leather pumps in my regular size, because the website says to. They were so big that I needed to exchange them. The second pair was so big that I also needed to exchange them. In both cases, the shoes would not even stay on my feet. The third pair seemed to fit perfectly, but after wearing them at work for a few hours, my feet were in agony, and the insides were already starting to wear away. I contacted customer service with a photo and they said they have never heard that before and it does not mean that the shoe is lower quality. They also told me that if I walked on a hard surface, I cannot return them. Instead I was supposed to only wear them on carpet for the first 40 days. They were so slippery when I first got a pair that they told me I needed to walk on a hard surface to make them less slippery. I didn’t know that would mean I could not return them. 🤷‍♀️ I’ve always worn a size 7 in every brand of shoes except this one. I’ve exchanged until I can’t anymore because they won’t take them back after one day of use.

Ordered these after reading good reviews and seemed comfortable in my own home when I tried them on. However, when I wore them for the first time out for a meal, found them very uncomfortable, couldn't wait to get them off and would certainly not be able to dance in them. Very disappointed and not looking forward to wearing again although will have to as can't afford another pair.

The shoes looked lovely although the heel strap kept slipping down. I wore them to my sons wedding and could hardly walk out of the church as my feet were hurting so much, I was very disappointed that the promised all day wear and padding had let me down. I changed into a different pair straight away and wish I’d never purchased them.

A very efficient company. Very quick on delivery and refunding money if the shoe needs to be returned. I have plantar fasciitis and have lived in the trainers since I have had them. Very comfortable and a lovely soft leather. Will definitely purchase another pair of shoes or boots.

I looked forward to being able to walk in comfort in my shoes created by a podiatrist . However on my first time out the shoes rubbed my Bunion until it was red and raw . It was so painful and took days to heal . I wrote to Sole bliss to tell them of my experience , and was dismissed with ‘you have worn them and they are now unsaleable ‘ , a second email was ignored . They were the most expensive pair of shoes I have ever bought. I possess , walking boots, running shoes and ‘trendy’ shoes and have never experienced so much discomfort and these are supposed to be designed specifically for bunions . The shoes were very expensive and did not match the sales claim and the sales team were unfriendly and unhelpful . A very poor experience .

My black trainers arrived in superb box and looked gorgeous. After wearing same for half an hour I noticed that my feet were boiling and this shoe became very un comfortable and a feeling of walking on the ground. I understood they were wide fitting but were certainly not a wide fitting. I phoned this company and were told that everybody experienced wonderful comfortable shoes and they were not interested in a return. I have not worn these again and are in my wardrobe, which is awful considering the most expensive trainer I have ever bought £179. I am a pensioner and disgusted!!! Nobody has called me since from Sole Bliss and I am so disappointed!

After my initial enthusiasm for these shoes I have had to downgrade them to only one star: after barely 12 months the leather has worn to a hole at the bunion point. I have never had this problem before with leather shoes and feel there is a fault in the leather, so I took this up with customer services. Their response was that only premium quality Italian leathers were used for their shoes and it was just due to normal wear and tear. I dispute this as the shoes have not had excessive wear over the 12 months. Very disappointed with the quality of such expensive shoes and after a relatively short time.

Tried on shoes which were my normal size but Sole Bliss shoes appeared too short. However the sole was marked whilst walking on carpet and therefore the shoes could not be returned. Very expensive mistake.

You will be as disappointed as I was, hence only one star. I could only hobble from taxi to church wedding and then from taxi to venue before I had to take them off for the rest of the evening. The bunions were OK. The problem was my second toes too painful against the suede. I have moderate bunions with raised 2nd toes. Not as bad as your brochure picture of Carmen Grey Suede Transformations. You can see the models raised toe mark in the picture. Perhaps the Mercy style with an extra-deep toe- box would have been better but I thought 3inches was too high. So basically I have a beautiful pair of shoes, worn less than an hour, but outside on the church and restaurant steps, resting in the beautifully packed pink box...that I can only look at! I'll send you photos if you like. I must say otherwise your service and delivery were excellent. I had hoped to buy more from you especially Asda and Ingrid styles, but it is too expensive a risk to have unwearable shoes. I would love to have been able to give you 5 stars!

DONT BOTHER - In the first wear my shoes scratched and the toes were marked and this was from my hotel bedroom to the restaurant. When I emailed I was told to go to a reputable cobbler. All three cobblers that I went to said that there was nothing that they could do due to the colour of the shoes and that I should try and find either makeup or nail varnish to cover the marks. When I emailed again I was ignored. This is the worst thing that I have ever spent £150 on. I have shoes costing £15 that have seen better wear!!

In your initial email you did advise that during wear, "The left heel of my shoe has caught and marked the right shoe," and you asked for advice on how to cover the mark. Whilst we accept that this is disappointing, the shoes and the leather were not faulty. We use only the finest quality leathers to craft our shoes, which is reflected in the price.

I bought a pair of kitten heel leopard print shoes I can tell you they are the Most uncomfortable shoes I have had in years the leather is so stiff unbelievable ever again

Not good. I find them too pointed, the thing that is supposed to cause bunions in the first place. Very uncomfortable have only worn them twice, now sat in the back of the wardrobe as a very expensive ‘mistake’.
