“My black trainers arrived in superb box and looked gorgeous. After wearing same for half an hour I noticed that my feet were boiling and this shoe became very un comfortable and a feeling of walking on the ground. I understood they were wide fitting but were certainly not a wide fitting. I phoned this company and were told that everybody experienced wonderful comfortable shoes and they were not interested in a return. I have not worn these again and are in my wardrobe, which is awful considering the most expensive trainer I have ever bought £179. I am a pensioner and disgusted!!! Nobody has called me since from Sole Bliss and I am so disappointed!”

“Ordered these after reading good reviews and seemed comfortable in my own home when I tried them on. However, when I wore them for the first time out for a meal, found them very uncomfortable, couldn't wait to get them off and would certainly not be able to dance in them. Very disappointed and not looking forward to wearing again although will have to as can't afford another pair.”

“Since buying my first pair of trainers, from Sole Bliss, I am now the owner of several pairs of shoes too. Each pair feels like walking on air, they are certainly a God send! No more painful, sore feet, even after walking considerable distances. Not only comfortable but stylish too! I would recommend Sole Bliss footwear to everyone.”

“I looked forward to being able to walk in comfort in my shoes created by a podiatrist . However on my first time out the shoes rubbed my Bunion until it was red and raw . It was so painful and took days to heal . I wrote to Sole bliss to tell them of my experience , and was dismissed with ‘you have worn them and they are now unsaleable ‘ , a second email was ignored . They were the most expensive pair of shoes I have ever bought. I possess , walking boots, running shoes and ‘trendy’ shoes and have never experienced so much discomfort and these are supposed to be designed specifically for bunions . The shoes were very expensive and did not match the sales claim and the sales team were unfriendly and unhelpful . A very poor experience .”

“After my initial enthusiasm for these shoes I have had to downgrade them to only one star: after barely 12 months the leather has worn to a hole at the bunion point. I have never had this problem before with leather shoes and feel there is a fault in the leather, so I took this up with customer services. Their response was that only premium quality Italian leathers were used for their shoes and it was just due to normal wear and tear. I dispute this as the shoes have not had excessive wear over the 12 months. Very disappointed with the quality of such expensive shoes and after a relatively short time.”

“I purchased a pair of Carmen black leather shoes. While they relieved the pain and pressure of my bunions I found them to be very narrow and tight across the toe area. It was really a choice of where I wished to endure the pain!!! However, I will try another pair of kitten heeled shoes and maybe I’ll have more luck. A little disappointed!”

“5 Stars on quality, style, manufacturing and comfort. I wish I had know about Sole Bliss sooner, before I spent so much money on shoes that were stunning, stylish, and beautifully made, but not quite right for my aging feet. You have managed to put it all together. I look forward to you messages showing what is new and restocked. Congratulations! My only wish is that you revise your size guide. I ordered 5 pairs of my US size, but three of the 4 were one size too big and the other was 2 sizes too large. I appreciate the free shipping and return, but it's a pain to send shoes back and hope your size is still available. Could you have another look at the guide please. Thank you so much. If you wish to publish only the first half of this review, you have my permission.”

“For several years I had been on a quest for cute and comfortable shoes to no avail. Because I have bunions, everything felt awful and I had resigned myself to a life wearing only sneakers. I still kept looking, from time to time, and thankfully happened upon Sole Bliss! The shoes looked gorgeous online, but I was not optimistic that they would work for me. Honestly, I could have cried when I tried them on. So beautiful AND so comfortable. I have options again. They were also delivered very quickly! Thank you!”

“The heels are absolutely gorgeous! They are the most comfortable things I have ever put on my feet. I never thought a shoe could fit so well and be so beautiful. I did have to exchange sizes (because in these shoes, my size is smaller than other shoes), which was the easiest process in the world. I 100% recommend this company!”

“I now have 3 pairs of trainers the Sprint in navy and black and the Hero in white. First off they look amazing very modern and stylish and then the fit wow they are divine. I have various problems with my feet and they cater for them all. They are lovely and wide without looking like they are and the cushioned footbed is fantastic for anyone with a Mortons Neuroma. I changed the laces in the navy and black to white and they look so much better I wish white laces had been included as well. Sorry here comes the negative stuff I received 3 pairs of faulty trainers, two with wonky fronts and the other pair where the outside at the ankle was higher on one trainer than the other. I sent 3 e mails including photos to customer service and never got a reply to any of them. When I phoned the rather snooty customer service girl said "They are hand made if you are not happy return them for a refund" Not what you want to hear when you have paid nearly £200 for each pair. I told her I loved them and just wanted a perfect pair. After I received the exchanges I sent a thank you e mail to customer service and never even got a reply to that one. It is a great pity I had this experience please don't let it put you off buying from Shoe Bliss I may have just been unlucky. It certainly won't put me off buying more as long as the quality checks are stepped up.”

“I thank my lucky stars that I came across Sole Bliss when I did. I have had a bunion brewing for a while now and it changed from being non-painful to painful last December when I wore a 'normal' pair of shoes on a night out. I did some research and came across a Daily Mail article where the writer mentioned Sole Bliss. I am getting married this year and wanted some shoes that I could wear all day, I found the perfect shoe in 'Ruby', I can't wait to wear them, at the moment all I can do is stare at them in wonder. I am now working out the next pair to buy but there are too many lovely choices, I want them all. Thank you Sole Bliss, you have a new customer for life, just keep bringing out your lovely shoes.”

“The shoes looked lovely although the heel strap kept slipping down. I wore them to my sons wedding and could hardly walk out of the church as my feet were hurting so much, I was very disappointed that the promised all day wear and padding had let me down. I changed into a different pair straight away and wish I’d never purchased them.”

“These are the most comfortable trainers I have ever owned. Its such a relief not to feel pain from bunion problems and they are so easy to put on and off. I am in my 70s but these make me feel 10 years younger.”

“Lovely trainers, extremely comfortable however I do feel that that they don’t wear very well for the money. The leather scuffs easily and the ribbed sides have worn away quickly. I wear these about once or twice a week for short periods so not daily. Really comfy but I don’t feel worth the money . Maybe better in a darker colour. I got white.”

“These are fabulous shoes for those with bunions and wider feet. So comfortable and really quality materials. Unlike high street 'wide fit' shoes, these fit snugly at the heel and ankle with no gaping. The customer service is brilliant too.”

“It is so refreshing to find shoes which accommodate my wide feet and a bunion and, as well as being comfortable, are elegant and attractive. The service I received was excellent and it was lovely to reach an adviser by phone without having to press umpteen buttons and listen to long, pointless messages before being able to speak to them! Thank you - I will be back for more.”
