The shoes are great. I live in the Netherlands and when I ordered the shoes online I forgot about the post-Brexit charges on this side. Very pricy. So unfortunately I won’t be ordering online any more of your shoes. Or do you have an EU supplier?

I am so, so excited Sole Bliss exists. I have wide, ugly feet -- bunions aren't terrible but they are significant enough where wearing cute shoes hurts. I wore Sole Bliss silver pumps to my wedding and for the most part, they were much more comfortable than regular shoes. Maybe my feet are just too wide for pointed-toe heels, but I'll never understand why a bunion-based shoe company makes pointed-toe heels. While my bunion on each foot was pretty comfy, all my toes were incredibly squished and uncomfortable -- and my big toe was forced inwards, which is what makes bunions worse in the first place. My only wish from Sole Bliss is that they not only provide bunion comfort but also wide toe boxes. People like me who have bunions also have enormous frog-feet toe boxes. I will continue to buy more shoes from Sole Bliss, though -- they are cute, functional, and have "problem feet" in mind when they design their shoes. So grateful for this shoe company.

I bought a pair of heeled boots, a pair of long boots and a pair of trainers from Sole Bliss. I kept the long boots, which are the first pair of shoes that I can wear without my physio-provided insoles for bunions. Like the first pair in about 15 years. Little to no bunion pain and NO INSOLE! Amazing stuff. They also look and feel expensive and lovely, except for the huge piece of elastic at the back for different calf sizes. I can understand why they do it, but for something that expensive I would have preferred a full leather boot. Either way I can't see the back when I'm wearing them, so I'm happy. I love them. However... I returned the ankle boots because, unlike the long boots, they looked and felt cheaper. You could see the carboard structure of the shoe through the thin leather. I worried that they would wear quite quickly. I just expected more for a shoe this pricey. The trainers that were my size were HUGE. I exchanged for a smaller size after being recommended to by Sole Bliss on the phone. After feeling assured by their staff, and having the smaller shoe fit me at home for several days, I wore them outside. BIG MISTAKE. After about an hour, they were killing me at the bunion!! It turns out that the special bunion flex panel is positioned based on the correct shoe size for your foot and not adapted for these trainers due to them being extra large. So these smaller trainers which physically fit my foot, had the bunion stretch panel nowhere near my bunion - which was rubbing against the seam and feeling the pressure of the shoe a day. Something I could only tell from the pain of walking on hard ground. Anyway, they apparently don't accept any returns whatsoever for shoes you wear even on a wood floor, let alone outside. So I had to sell them at a £50 loss on ebay. I would recommend them just for the miracualous long boots, and I'll try some of their heels. But don't get any item from them that says you need to buy a size up or size down - trust me. Also, as a specialist shoe company for people who really struggle with finding anything that doesn't hurt them - they should really exhibit some more flexibility with returns. Especially for the high high price. Vionics allows retruns for a month after wearing!

The service was excellent. The shoes, not particularly. They hurt the bunion still so I can't wear them for long which is a huge disappointment. Maybe it is just the trainer model which is the culprit.

Shoes are comfy if you have bunions but they are not comfy for hammer toes. Design does not work very well in this case

I have bought shoes from here and they have been ok. However, one pair of trainers which I really wanted as they supposedly helped with a number of my foot ailments, had to be returned. The quality of the stitching on the shoes was unacceptable especially at the price I was paying for them. I have not seen stitching like that even on a cheap pair of shoes and was surprised that they had passed quality control! Customer service were helpful when I called them. They checked the remaining stock of the same shoes in their warehouse but reported the stitching was all similar. I will presume it was a bad batch they had but I’m afraid to order another pair in case I have to go through further inconvenience plus have to pay for shipping again.

A Neighbor wore your shoes and i really liked them, you stated in your advertisement that you could use Orthotics in them, that is why i bought them, unfortunately they are not suitable for it. i have l/2 cm lift in my right shoe but it is not really made for this, now the shoe is loose. So to say the least i am disappointed, for this price i had expected better fit. If you have problem free feet they are beautiful shoes Gerhilde

Sole Bliss bunion support does its work with supporting bunion. I just hope they could work on the internal heel support because its very hard since there is no cushion support on the inside. I will not recommend to wear these shoes if wearing for a long number of hours as bunion will be hurtful. Also, more colors pls!

Unfortunately I am unable to wear my shoes for any length as they hurt my bunions. Very disappointed as I thought they would solve the problem of being able to wear a higher shoe for a wedding etc. Another pair of expensive shoes not being worn!!

I received my shoes 11 working days after placing my order. That is 3 days over the maximum time promised (4-8 days). The shoes were too small. I followed their size guide and ordered half a size bigger than my regular size, but it was way too small. I returned the shoes using my local postage carrier yesterday. Hopefully Sole Bliss receives it soon and process my refund. I have also ordered another pair, same model different colour, 1.5 sizes above my regular size. Hopefully they fit this time. And hopefully the package reaches me latest by 8 working days.

These are beautiful shoes and I ordered several pairs to try. I am a standard size 42 and they were all too small. Returns service very efficient, no complaints at all there. In desperation I kept one pair which I am treating with a shoe stretcher to make comfortable. Sole Bliss was my last resort to try and find something lovely to put on my big bunnioned feet but until they make a bigger size no go. I have e mailed Sole Bliss and received a nice polite reply

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes in 3 styles. I had bunions until I had successful surgery some years ago, but my feet are still moderately wide. I was disappointed to find that there was not enough room for my toes in any of them and they felt generally too narrow. I loved the giraffe skin finish but the heels looked cheaper than I would have expected. The service and packaging were excellent but unfortunately I had to return them all.

Bought 2 pairs of wide fit. Part of heel fell off and no reply to my email to company. Other pair have worn well. Returning to Russell and Bromley to purchase as they have super customer service.

Hi there, apologies if you received this in error! From our records it appears that you've bought and kept one of our handbags, but if that's not the case then apologies for any inconvenience. Team Sole Bliss

I purchased a pair of Carmen black leather shoes. While they relieved the pain and pressure of my bunions I found them to be very narrow and tight across the toe area. It was really a choice of where I wished to endure the pain!!! However, I will try another pair of kitten heeled shoes and maybe I’ll have more luck. A little disappointed!

Solebliss shoes are very pretty,as shown on the website. Easy on the bunions. I hope you could also have shoes for flat feet to support the arch and for bunions as well.

I ordered the Pandora. Unfortunately despite ordering a size bigger these shoes did not fit and I could not return them as I had put them on a stretcher as they were still not quite wide enough. Regrettably I was unable to review them as I was unable to wear them.
