“Bought 2 pairs of wide fit. Part of heel fell off and no reply to my email to company. Other pair have worn well. Returning to Russell and Bromley to purchase as they have super customer service.”

“I purchased a pair of Carmen black leather shoes. While they relieved the pain and pressure of my bunions I found them to be very narrow and tight across the toe area. It was really a choice of where I wished to endure the pain!!! However, I will try another pair of kitten heeled shoes and maybe I’ll have more luck. A little disappointed!”

“I ordered the Pandora. Unfortunately despite ordering a size bigger these shoes did not fit and I could not return them as I had put them on a stretcher as they were still not quite wide enough. Regrettably I was unable to review them as I was unable to wear them.”

“Having bunions is no joke, although others often seem to think so! My biggest gripe with Sole Bliss is not being able to try them on without ordering several pairs of which some or all may need to be returned. My first order was a total flop as I’d foolishly ordered all shoes in the same size.....and sadly needed a size bigger, by which time my 10% discount had expired. My second experience was happier, but as I haven’t had the occasion to wear the lovely red suede pair I’m not yet able to report on the comfort after walking any distance. A discount voucher would be most welcome as my ‘old faithful’ black court shoes are in dire need of replacement....”

“I have got my first pair of Sole Bliss shoes and they are everything that you say. So comfortable and stylish. I thought that my days of wearing heels and pretty shoes were over but Sole Bliss have rescued me. I will be ordering more soon, thank you. This is an extension to my original review. I have just returned from a cruise where I took my new Sole Bliss shoes for evenings and really struggled with them. I like other reviewers had problems with my toes and had to wear blister plasters on most of my toes every night. I am so disappointed but maybe you will be able to bring in a different toe shape in the future.”

“Sorry to say I had to send my shoes back, because of a design fault. There was a ridge under my little toes. The area around the bunion was perfect. So I hope you have recitified this.”

“I was delighted when I learnt about Sole Bliss as I have inherited my family’s bunions, I love the new shoes, but just wish they were not quite so pointed. I am still breaking them in and hope I can get to adore them. ,ready for another pair.”
