“I purchased a pair of sling-back heels in May; they are my fourth pair of Sole Bliss shoes. I tried them on and they seemed fine, so I took them on a cruise, only to find that they were excruciatingly painful on the first night that I wore them; they pinched my toes and caused blisters. When I contacted "customer service", I was told that I could not return them because I had worn them for one evening on carpeted floors and I was scolded for not trying them on properly! In conclusion, painful shoes and poor customer service mean that I will not be shopping with you again.”

“I like my new Sole Bliss Audrey shoes in cream leather. The gold heel makes a classic sling back court a bit different for a special occasion. I would have liked the cream colour to be a little less beige and due to the pointed toe, they are not quite as comfortable as I would have wished for wearing for the entire course of an event. I am not deterred and will order again from Sole Bliss but perhaps not the narrow toed styles.”

“The clue is in the name ‘Bliss’ ! They are so very comfy and soft, beautifully made and lined with pale pink leather omg!! There’s not many shoes I can put on and happily fly off for a city break in without having ‘worn them in’ first. My go to shoes from now on …. I wish I’d found them sooner.”

“Very happy with my Sole Bliss trainers. I bought them in 2 colours, and even though they are pretty expensive, decided to keep both. This is because they look great and are incredibly comfortable. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Love these trainers. Well worth the price. (FYI I bought Hero size 39. This is my normal size (UK size 6) and I have wide feet).”
