“Purchased a pair of Chestnut loafers, good looking and a nice colour. However the backs of my heels both bled on the first wear and although I have tried to wear them in around the house before going out in them again I am not impressed that the leather is so unforgiving. Loved the trainers I bought in the past. Disappointed.”

We offer a 30 day returns period, during which we recommend spending a good amount of time wearing the shoes inside on a carpeted area to ensure they are fully comfortable before wearing them outside. Then, if you're finding they're still uncomfortable after trying them at home, our Customer Care Team is always happy to provide advice or discuss exchange options for a different style that might work better for you. We genuinely regret that this particular style didn't provide the comfort you were expecting. If you intend to try wearing the loafers again in the future, leather does naturally soften over time with more wear, and soft heel grips or heel protectors can help too. “If I could have given you 10 out of 5 I would have done! I suffer from a painful bunion joint on one foot and struggle to find shoes which are both elegant and comfortable. On the recommendation of a friend I ordered my first pair of Sole Bliss court shoes (at the last minute) for a wedding in October. I wore them from 12 noon until midnight, walking, standing, sitting and dancing, indoors and out, and my feet didn't hurt the whole time. I even walked home in them! The most comfortable pair of shoes ever and definitely worth the price tag.”

“I’ve struggled to find shoes that fit my feet comfortably. I’ve gone through just about every brand you can think of and sole bliss is the only one that I’ve found so comfortable to wear. Not to mention speedy postage.”

“I am pretty awful at wearing heels. So even when advertised as comfortable I had my doubts. But these are the best heels I’ve ever worn. I managed a whole night from 6-11.40’ish and was only a bit lumpy by the end (which isn’t so much the shoes as my joints). A total revelation When I next want some boots I’ll absolutely look at Sole Bliss first. And. My first pair were a bit smalll. Quick phone call and return and easily sorted for the next size up.”

“I ordered black heels and they were like a glove putting them on first time. No wearing in needed. I suffer from bunions and these heels did not fail me. Wore them all day and no pain at all. A definite investment. Versatile for many occasions.”

“Very disappointed as had high hopes. Shoes gave me painful feet and could not walk easily the next day with lower back pain. It took a day to recover. I have tried them 3 times and the same happens.”

“This was my first pair of Sole Bliss shoes (Pixie trainers). They are so stylish but more importantly comfortabe. Needed no wearing in either. I doubt that I will buy any other make of shoe now even though they are on the pricier side. The expense is worth it and I look forward to owning more pairs.”

“I was very pleased with both the service from Sole Bliss and the Pixie trainers I purchased. I struggle to find comfortable shoes for my arthritic bunions and these fit the bill perfectly. The shoes arrived as scheduled and were beautifully wrapped. My only negative is that all the Sole Bliss shoes are expensive and need to be considered a treat.”

“Amazing shoes. I managed to wear gold high heels to a wedding and stayed on my feet for 12 hours, which included 4 hours of dancing. Absolutely brilliant. I will never buy another type of shoe - Sole Bliss from now on. Thank you.”
