“I have still not installed Windows 10 PRO, despite having tried for the last 3 days. I have Windows 10 Home installed, and my order should be able to effect the upgrade. I mainly blame Microsoft's update store which delivers circular "solutions" interspersed with marketing efforts to sell me a new PC etc. Apple App Store is much better organised, and I am seriously thinking of shifting to a Mac. “As an operations support manager of a large Call Centre, things can change quickly, being able to order software quickly is essential, I love the fact I can look back at keys etc, I would love to be able to add tags next to them so I know which machines I have assigned them too. Keep up the good work.”

“Unable to download to disc spoke to agent told me to download tool witch I did to no avail just wasting discs trying to down load used the new code which made windows geniine but really wantef the new windows 7 version constant error code”

Hi Ian, We advise to re-download the ISO file, to rule out any corruption, then burn to DVD/USB using the following tool: https://softwaregeeks.co.uk/Windows7-USB-DVD.exe You can burn to a USB stick, rather than DVD. Kind Regards, Softwaregeeks

“I needed a quick solution to replace linux (secure boot problem) and get my brother's machine running again. Needed Win 7 *.iso and a licence immediately and softwaregeeks provided both at a good discount. Software authenticated automatically - no problem. “I found an error on the website when coming to make a payment. This was when trying to register after putting an item in the purchase tray. The screen that came up did not ask me my address and I was unable to proceed. Knowledgeable and helpful guy on chat line who said he had checked with web team and no fault found. He suggested I try with a different browser. I happened to go back a few screens and found I could register at the main screen with Chrome the browser I was using. Caused a lot of time to be wasted. Poor image for a firm devoted to IT. Otherwise service great”

Hi Christopher, You purchased a product in error. As the return policy states, we cannot refund or cancel an order once a license key has been sent out, unless the key itself is faulty. “Purchased window 7 upgrade. Download and installation was OK as were instructions. However key was rejected as being invalid by Microsoft. Contacted software geeks on live chat, I was told my install was corrupt and would have to scrap and start again. As this would take several hours to do I was less than happy. Eventually I got the product validated via the Microsoft phone service.”
