“Not satisfactory!!! Tried to contact Softwaregeeks team, their phone number not working, and no response on INFO emails. Purchased 10 Windows 7 Professional Product Key 32/64bit Licenses, from which 1 was defective. No response yet.”

“all working, make me very happy. but only need a bit more instruction step by step how to activate !!!! 1)download windows from links 2) after instalation ISO type in code for upgrade 3) after upgrade your windows, you can type in your license key. i try type in first license key and got message what it is wrong license key, it's make me unhappy, but i solved all this and make my windows ! thank you !”

“Needed a copy of Windows 7 for a reformat and reinstallation. Great price and fast download. Came down as an ISO file which I didn't know what to do with. Email query got a reply in two hours on a Saturday, clear instructions and easy software to burn to DVD. Full install and registration without a problem, very happy with whole process. Already recommended to colleagues, thank you..”

“I bought Office 2010 pro. Got one link rather than 2 (32 bit / 64 bit) as promised in the item description. The link was the 32 bit version, I require the 64 bit version. Telephone support unavailable for 9 days. online chat does not work. No response from email either.”
