“Purchased Win10 64bit. No problems, downloaded without any issues. Just one small gripe: after downloading Win10 ISO file, I couldn't find a utility that would make a bootable Flash Drive/DVD. It would have been good if Software Geeks provided a steer, but I couldn't find any obvious solution. I ended up downloading Win10 again from a Microsoft site which created a bootable solution. Apart from that, I would have no hesitation in recommending Software Geeks, and I should mention that I have previously purchased Win7 twice from them (and with these there was a utility to make a bootable Win7 drive!). Thanks, Jon”

“I had to use the live chat option on the website to get help, which was immediately forthcoming. The W7 license allowed me to upgrade from Vista and once I'd cleaned unnecessary programmes/files and downloaded IE 11, I upgraded to W10 using the free assistant. The whole process took two days but was relatively straightforward. I can recommend the "Geeks" without reservation. Thanks for a great service. Joe”
