“Support consisted of replying to my question with a question, which I answered promptly then have heard nothing since... so no support was received!! I’ve had to re-purchase elsewhere so a refund would be appreciated.”

Hi Sally, Please check your email as we've just resent you the answer. We replied within 2 hours with download links to the software downloads and we've just forwareded that same email which was also included with the order.. “Bought Windows 10 Professional and Microsoft Office Home and Student 2016. Initially was reluctant to buy due to doubt that whether it will work or not. But both licence keys were genuine and worked very well. The best part is they are delivered instantly on email after payment, so bought 2 Win 10 Pro and MS Office 2016 licences for other PCs.”

“I ordered a Windows 8.1 Product Key, turned up as promised with some instructions. Can't fault the key as it works great. I tried to download the file from Microsoft on two different PC's to create a boot disk, Unfortunately this bit didn't work as well and I kept experiencing messages saying error or virus which was odd as it's not like I was on the wrong site trying to get the Microsoft information. In the end I gave up and phoned the Microsoft helpline and explained my troubles and they were very helpful but the file came down to me in a completely different way to that explained in the instructions and interestingly Microsoft didn't use their own IOS burner to put the 8.1 files on to the disk. Anyway all is well now.”
