“New installation of Windows 10 went very smoothly apart from confusion on my part as to where to find 'Change Product Key' (turns out it was very easy once you use right click Windows logo). After that, and sticking strictly to the instructions, installation and activation was uneventful. Very pleased. .”

“On the 10th of November I bought a Download and licence of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 order # 212033. It works fine but I keep getting a message saying this i 'This copy of Microsoft Office is not activated . Connect your computer to your corporate network to complete activation' . It advises that I need a MAK key. I do not have a coporate Network. Can you supply or advise how I sor the problem Many Thanks Christian”
