“I have purchased software on many occasions and have always been extremely happy with the service. On the rare occasions I have needed to contact the support team, the response has been quick and resolved any problems. If you need an Operating System or Office software, you need not look anywhere else.”

“What would have been a perfect transaction was spoilt by poor customer care. I did not like the attitude of the person that dealt with me however he did apologise. The instructions on page 11 was not clear. I used the the activation code there instead of the one emailed to me. I got there in the end. Would use again though.”
