“Excellent. If your a bit sceptical like I was you need not worry!!! Key comes up instant when you pay and is also sent to your email and typed it straight into windows setup and it worked. Activates with Microsoft no problems. Thank you.”

“Easy Peasy!! First look at this site was ...mmm? ...too good a price to be true? But did the research and all seamed credible. “Pretty good service. I was unable to use the licence to download from the MS website itself & was told the Licence is for a pre-built system, but following the instructions directly from the email everything went exactly how I wanted.”

“Software was downloaded off the server and the product code was in the receipt for the software is I had all that I required to build my system within the hour. My broadband speed is that good. definitely recommend software geeks to my friends”

“Very difficult to contact once you've paid! The usual excuses - "we're experiencing a high volume of calls" - "we're in the process of changing our telephone provider". Live chat is "OFF LINE" whatever that means!! And an e-mail produces the predictable response - "it's all in the instructions!" If you are tempted to buy from software geeks, do so during working hours early in the week and be sure their phone lines are working before you start.”

Hi Martin, We don't understand why you have left a negative review. We did not simply refer you to the instructions. We provided you with the correct help which you even emailed back to say that you had successfully installed your product. We have replied to your last email of 17;51 today. Our office hours are 10am-4pm as stated on the website. Regards, Softwaregeeks
