“Pretty good service. I was unable to use the licence to download from the MS website itself & was told the Licence is for a pre-built system, but following the instructions directly from the email everything went exactly how I wanted.”

“Software was downloaded off the server and the product code was in the receipt for the software is I had all that I required to build my system within the hour. My broadband speed is that good. definitely recommend software geeks to my friends”

“Very difficult to contact once you've paid! The usual excuses - "we're experiencing a high volume of calls" - "we're in the process of changing our telephone provider". Live chat is "OFF LINE" whatever that means!! And an e-mail produces the predictable response - "it's all in the instructions!" If you are tempted to buy from software geeks, do so during working hours early in the week and be sure their phone lines are working before you start.”

Hi Martin, We don't understand why you have left a negative review. We did not simply refer you to the instructions. We provided you with the correct help which you even emailed back to say that you had successfully installed your product. We have replied to your last email of 17;51 today. “the product was incorrect and asked for a refund within 30 minutes of purchase but received no response whatsoever. I still require the refund”

Hi Chris, We cannot simply refund you once we have already sent you a key as per our return policy, even if you ordered the wrong product. We cannot resell the same key to any other customer.

“Unfortunately this did not work for me. I tried following instructions but various error codes came up. I admit I am not a computer expert and lack of knowledge may be responsible for me now having a totally unworkable computer now. Sure this could work but you need to be extremely careful.”

“The payment and delivery to email were spot on. A day or so later when I go to use both software keys, I was presented with they are not valid for this version of office. I quickly downloaded the office from the provided link, the install size was no different and the version was actually the same. I installed 1 on the 1st pc, this all went fine and activated. I then installed the 2nd purchase of the same office, this came back with this key has been activated to many times, leading me to believe the key was over sold or not genuine. I rang Microsoft who sorted the issue, but the experience still left a bad taste, A brand new key should not have been activated too many times, I paid for 2 keys, both should have worked flawlessly but one had issue. IF it is being used on any other pc's, it will quickly become not activated, the key is a one shot use, not multiple use.”

“Not sure 'Geeks' helps with the selling process or customer confidence. that might just be me - hey I purchased so what do I know? However the price's were competitive the market stall well stocked the payment and download process were simple to use - particularly for this silver surfer. i will make Software Geeks my first port of call for all my future requirements. On a scale of 1 - 9, i'd give them 10.”

“Downloaded Windows 7, created bootable USB stick without problems. When installing, during the 15 second period before the restart you have to unplug the USB stick, otherwise the installation starts all over again. Each restart leaves a Windows.old file. Installation instructions doesn't mention this or the need to remove USB during the installation.”
