“Product was Windows 7 Home Premium / full edition. download was easy and immediate. I had a little trouble burning the iso to disk so I used the iso_to_usb and made the install. I registered the software with Microsoft and activated it! Microsoft recognized it as a valid issue Win 7 software. Overall I was very pleased and would recommend Software Geeks to a friend. There support was great and answered questions quickly (on Christmas eve no doubt... believe that) that helped me solve my issue. I would give them a 9 out of 10; only because I don't believe anyone is perfect.”

“They sell upgrade licenses, you would need to completely wipe your disk and activate offline. I called Microsoft and they told me the key provider was blocked because it had been activated 63 times around the globe. If you do the mistake of purchasing a key call Microsoft Support and ask them to check if your key is unique, you will find out it’s a bad key. I have complained to the police, European consumer rights board, my banking institution, google and Facebook, my refund is now due on January 8th after a guy named Jack, probably a fake name, refused to refund and even told me I should complain to whoever I wanted because nothing would happen. Stay away.”
