“Purchased Windows 10 Pro and all is fine - make sure you follow the instruction provided by Software Geeks - do not follow what is in YouTube - be patient when you get to the point of updating to Windows 10 Pro and just follow what has been provided as the guides and all will be fine. May buy another Key for my 2nd computer.”

“Extremely well priced update to Windows 10. The instructions for install weren't completely accurate, but it wasn't difficult to work out how to activate the product. I recommend, and would use again.”

“Although the instructions were there I found the whole 7zip part confusing. This instal would certainly not be for novice users. Also, after 4.5 hours on the phone with Microsoft we still cannot get my outlook to work with my Hotmail account. Other than that, the rest of the applications seem to be working so far. Lastly, it's very frustrating Softwrargeeks only has email as a contact method.”

“MS Office 2016 Pro - the download was quick and very nearly perfect I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been necessary to obtain help from "Softwear Geeks" to reset my PC registry to get the program to operate correctly once downloaded and running It is quite possible that this may have also have been achieved by downloading the latest MS updates for Windows 10 !!”

“up to my order on 18thjanuary this year I have never have problem with with and I have penchased 2window pro neither key works tried phoning Microsoft but still doe s not work I have asked form a full refunn but no one as got back to me”
