“Purchased Windows 10 OEM licence at a very reasonable cost. Install had to be completed using telephone activation. Install instructions could be improved, but happy with the software and no problems since initial install.”

“Well lets be honest, they are damn cheap compared to any one else and that's the reason I purchase from them. Some of the software I have purchased does not activate over the internet annoyingly but so far every purchase I have made has activated over the phone. It's a bit of a hassle yes but the financial savings are worth it. Please sort out the online activation issues for a 5 star rating. I shall continue to use software geeks as the cheapest place to purchase licences until they screw it up, which hopefully they wont!”

“The supplied Windows 7 Professional license key validated fine, no need for a call to Microsoft automated phone system. Would have awarded 5 stars but got an e-mail 10 days after purchase to say the price had been reduced by 20% as part of a summer sale :(”

“I asked for office and received it almost immediately. It works and still works. Those of you having problems with licence's ignore requests from Microsoft trying to sell you their new product. As far as I can see my licence is valid.”

“The product itself is now running fine, was available at an excellent price and easy to download - except then I ran into problems with my Microsoft/Google accounts not recognising the new download. I had cancelled the old Office 365 package to get the better price and that caused problems. In the end it cost me money getting help to fix the problem, so I would have done better to stick to the more expensive package and just renew.”
