“The software purchased was very keenly priced. I had some reservations about buying Microsoft products from a third party vendor but my experience was entirely positive. Downloading was simple, the products were virus free, and the receipt contained the licence key. After installing the product, it said that activation needed to be done via the MS automated phone system; this was mentioned in the installation instructions from the vendor, so was covered off nicely. All OK, software installed and activated.”

“Ordering process was very easy. Windows 10 Pro key arrived immediately. Upgrading my PC from 8.1 to 10 Home was easy enough but I struggled to load the purchased PRO product key. Nothing to do with supplied key but more to do with my lack of knowledge. SoftwareGeeks were extremely helpful and emailed me with a few suggestions to assist. These worked fine and I am now up and running with Windows 10 PRO. Thanks”

“An easy transaction. The instructions for installing W7 stalled for me at the upgrade stage when the computer deviated from the script and I spent an hour or so with a young person's help still failing to cross the hurdle, but then an afterthought worked and the software installed. Activation required use of the microsoft telephone service and I suspect that this is more common than the 'script' suggests, and was ok for an oldie but a bit stressful not really knowing whether it would work in the end. I may be back for another licence in the near future to upgrade another computer in the home, so at least good enough to return! THanks”

“I was looking to purchase Windows 10 to put on my Mac and really did not want to be spending £100 I came across this site during a search and when I saw their price, instead of just feeling pleased, it made me think that it was too good to be true. anyway I went ahead and made the purchase and everything was processed straight away with the download link being sent to me very quickly. Hi Ben, Since we have received no communication from yourself, we're guessing It seems as though Windows is prompting you to use the automated phone system to activate upon activation. If this is the case, this is clearly explained in the instructions (page 2), and is completely out of our control. Whilst most keys will activate online, this is at Microsoft’s discretion. This is not at all uncommon. Phone activation will take 3 minutes to complete. Please can we kindly ask that you modify your review once you have activated as the product purchased does in fact work and your review is damaging to our company. Kind Regards, Softwaregeeks

“Like others I was a bit dubious when I saw the price for genuine Windows 10 Pro at under £30 but relied on other reviewers and took the plunge. I've just rebuilt my desktop with a new motherboard and SSD and wanted a clean install of Win 10. The normal version was out of stock so I opted for the Pro version instead for a similar price. Upon completing my purchase I immediately received the promised download links and an email confirming the product code. Once I'd downloaded the file, I used the Microsoft ISO to DVD tool to burn the file to DVD and hey presto it installed without any fuss. The product code worked just fine and comes up as verified when I check the status. All good so far, one week down the line. Based on my experience so far, I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Well done softwaregeeks for offering such a good deal!”
