“Software won't install emailed this company on Sunday and still no response”

“I purchased a copy of Windows 10 Pro and had no difficulty downloading and installing the OS. I did have a small problem with an activation key, but Software Geeks were onto it in a flash. I had a new key as soon as possible and now everything is fine. Buy from Software Geeks with confidence in knowing they are there to help if anything goes wrong. Great customer service. Great pricing. What more do you need to know?”

“If like me you have a need to upgrade from Win 10 Home to Win 10 Pro then the Software Geeks option is perfect. At £99 a time I was in for a £400 bill from most suppliers but only spent a fraction over £100 buying 4 upgrades from Geeks. Having already upgraded all 4 desktop systems from Win 7 here is how I used the dummy and the paid for key to upgrade the computers. 1. Left click on the small Windows 10 icon bottom left of the screen: 2. click Settings: 3 click Update & Security: 4. click Activation: 5. enter the dummy key: immediately on completing the dummy key correctly it will commence an "upgrade" (to Win 10 Pro) when complete repeat steps 1. through 5. but now enter the paid for licence key you got from Geeks Hey Presto you're finished - Great website and product price and - thanks Software Geeks...”

“Having been bitten by a fake Ebay listing offering Microsoft Office Professional Plus at considerably less than list price (key proved to allowed installation but not authentication), I was very dubious about the offer of Microsoft Office Professional by Software Geeks. However, the reviews were 100% positive, and I decided to take the risk. I am very pleased that I did. The download link and a /bona fide/ Microsoft installation/authentication key were with me within minutes of placing the order, and the installation, authentication and subsequent Windows Updates went through without a hitch. Never again will I hesitate before purchasing from Software Geeks.”

“Getting windows 7 for such a low price did seem a bit too good to be true, so I was a little wary. After reading some of the reviews I felt much more at ease and bought a copy of Windows 7 pro. As soon as the payment went through an email arrived with a link to clear instructions and the download area. I did need a bit of extra support which was exceptional, the team at Software geeks got back to me within a couple of hours and helped talked me through what was going wrong. Really great service 5 star all the way.”

“I contacted Software Geeks prior to purchasing with some concerns/queries and I had very quick, helpful replies. The product works and I received the code instantaneously after ordering. I thought the instructions could have been a bit more detailed in places and it did take a long time to install, however I think it was a combination of a slow/old computer, slow download and a bit of confusion as to the instructions - I had to get a computer geek friend to help and even she was a bit flummoxed at one point. Microsoft activation was very easy through their automated line. Overall very happy with the product.”

“Purchased a product key for Windows 7 Pro. The price seemed a little to good to be true. Read the reviews and decided to go for it. How glad am I that I did. Instant download of the key and easy to follow instructions for the product download and instillation. When I tried to verify the installation I had use the windows automated telephone system which took approx 5 mins and was so easy to do. All up and running with no hassle at all.
